Cappu shakes: 4F1+250ml low fat milk+150ml plain water
1 mug teamix
400ml plain water

7:30 pm dinner
1 pc kurma
1 bungkus nasik tomato [Agilent subsidi]
1 pc daging gulai
1 whole egg [betol kot penggunaan 'whole' nih? Aku igt2 lupa lah :-s huhu]
Mix veggies
Bbrp teguk Peel Fresh Mango
1 mug teamix
1 mug plain water

Protien lebey lah pulak [daging+telur]... mintak2 coach tak nampak menu hariknik. Aku tak mintak, Agilent yang kasik [chaih! mcm lah tak leh tolak tepi telur tuh :P]

10:30pm supper

Dah hujung2 nih baru aku perasan, red flag haku ikut hari wahahaha... 1st Sept, red flag day 1, 2nd Sept, red flag day 2, 3rd Sept, red flag day 3... dan seterusnya.. so hariknik, 6th Sept, dah red flag day 6 akekeke...

Aku erkk.. lapo awal ntah! Naper yer.. huhuh... so dalam kul 10 tuh dah melilau2 dalam dapor hahaha :)). bancuh shakes... goncang2 apa yg patut, 10:30pm dah teguk shakes ke 2 hariknik.. ermm... nak nak Mc Flurry :-s... nak call leh tak? >:) muhahahha... Jangan2! Karang calendar merah huhuhu... bahaya! bahaya!
