Week 34: Ramadhan Day 14

Iftar Day 14

Today I realized that with less amount of water intake during Sahur can make you go hungry faster. I felt hunger pangs as early as 1240pm, although my energy level was fantastic. Usually I drink tonnes of water and I don't feel hunger pangs through out the day. Seriously Herbalife is such a magical product!!! I LOVE HERBALIFE!!! Beats eating real food for sahur anytime :)

Sahur

1 cup teamix
400ml water

500am
4F1 + 200ml water + 200ml soy
400ml water
Not enough water cause my son woke up. Had to put him to bed again and hubby ganti sahur instead.


Iftar

1 kurma
Mixed veges(tomatoes + cabbages + 4 boiled eggs, yolks extracted), stir fried.
1 cup ice lemon tea
1 cup milo
1 cup vit soy
(I should reduce my sweet drinks!!)
1 mug teamix
1L water
