Week 34: Ramadhan Day 13

My Sungkai/Iftar/Berbuka

Sahur

1 cup teamix
400ml water

500am
4F1 + 200ml water + 200ml soy
800ml water

Iftar

1 kurma
4 boiled eggs, 3 yolks removed + Lambuk porridge from my MIL
1 multi grain cup of soy(V-Soy Brand)
1 teamix
Water

Supper(being naughty!!!)
1 cup milo
1 bun choc dunkin donuts
2 small buns
1 cup teamix
2 big mugs of water

Now I can't sleep!

I just have to go down to at least 65kgs by Raya. HAVE TO!!! Baju Raya punya pasal and jumpa member punya pasal. I wonder how will I achieve it. Drink teamix every 40 mins... LOL! I'll be so proud of myself if I'd manage to drink 2 shakes(Sahur and Iftar) tomorrow. Can SHE do it? Stay tuned!!
