Aku pun nak tahu gak umur haku berapa yg sebenarnya... dulu, kini dan akan datang huhuhu... this is quite scary lebih2 lagik lepas kira huhuhuh :-s.



Ok 1st masa muda2 dulu lah kan... Bila nak dapat balik 55kg ntah :P. Ehem, nih masa haku tingkatan 5... mmm.. muda belia cik yah! Masa nih tinggi 164cm. Aku muda setahun darik usia sebenar... thx to my ideal weight!



2nd huhuhu... nih masa zaman perang wahahaha :)). Masa nih before start Herbalife, berat haku around 95kg, tapi metabolic age haku show 50 years old... WOW! Ini yg scary nih. Korang ingat lagik, citer haku masa Ima tunang? Mmm, macik belakang umah panggey haku "tok" sebab darik belakang badan haku besar sangat dan nampak mcm tok dulu uhuhu :-s... so patut lah orang panggey haku 'tok'... umo pon 50 tahun aiyahyah... citer asal kat sinik!



3rd, nih is my current age vs my metabolic age. Now I am 31 but my metabolic age is showing 37. Erkkk... :-s. Ideal weight!!! Come back to me :((

Note that aku dah ubah height from 164cm to 162cm here. Again, check balik posting pasal blood test tuh, click here, sebab masa tuh lah haku re-measure balik height dan haku kementot 2cm from old measurement uhuhuhu... sign of pereputan tulang akekekek... lack of calcium! I need more susu :))

Sampai sekarang masih dok pikir, betol ker kementot 2cm? Atau mmg haku silap kira ker dulu wahahaha :)). Jangan biarkan diri anda di selubungi misteri ngeh ngeh ngeh...



4th, aku sengaja kira KONON kalo dapat reach at least at 60kg uhuhuh... baper metabolic age haku? Mmm... still larger than my actual age. Cedey2!




5th, kalo aku reach in the middle of my ideal weight [or my old weight during form 5] mmm... dapat ngam2 = umo haku sekarang. Perggkkhhh!!! Question is, can I get 55kg before end of this year? Waciwawaaaaa... muntah darah jap!



6th, Dieha tanya, paling low leh reach baper? Aku jawap... 49. Kalo 48 dah underweight. So aku kira jugak... kalo aku dapat reach 49kg [KALAU LAH KALAU KAN KAN KAN]... metabolic age haku pada umo 32 years old is 29 years old ... muda 3 tahun... hohohoho!!!

Kenapa amik 32 years old? Sebab tak mungkin leh reach 49 kg at 31 years old [hujung tahun nih] wahahahha... jangan kata orang lain, dirik sendirik pun terkejut kalo leh reach 49kg hujung Dec 09 :P ... kuang kuang kuang... So be realistic, IF can get pun, MAYBE tahun depan... at age 32. ITU PUN KALO BETOL LEH DAPAT LARRRR... >:)

So korang tak nak try kira ker? Baper metabolic age korang sekarang? Muhahahha >:)

Perlukah aku cerita why ader fresh milk and not low fat milk? Satg musti ader yg tanya kan? Aheheheh... so baek citer! Kedai dah abeh low fat milk masa aku g beli [bukan 1, tapi 3 kedai sudah ku jelajahi]. But dun wori, Ima dah beli 2 kotak low fat milk. Lepas 1 kotak fresh milk nih abeh, aku akan kembali ke menu asal, guna low fat milk.

Satg musti ader orang tanya, apasal dok guna additional milk nih? Dulu plain water leh ajerrr... [dah tahu dah, korang musti suka tanya wakakaka >:)]. Ok aku jawap lagik sekali...

Aku tak kisah guna plain water only, mmg itu yg dok buat pun sejak dulu kala. Tapi lately dah start add milk or soy sebab nak tambah calcium dalam badan [alasan ker aper nih?]. Bukan alasan, mmg aku kekurangan calsium ahihih... aku dapat tahu lepas blood test around end of Jun 2009 hariktuh. Baca balik kat sinik. Blood test indicate aku kurang calcium, tulang2 mereput :P. So ada reason aku add susu nih ok. Anyway, ada harik2 aku tak add... so with or without milk, 2-2 aku buat. Depends pada bekalan... harap menjawap soklan sebelom di tanya :P

For you guys out there, kalo xder apa2 masalah, sila pakai plain water for better impact so chances to lose more weight is high [chewah! tp betol lah aku cakap nih]... the more plain the better sebab kalo tambah susu, means ada additional cal kat dalam shakes. But still acceptable. Anyway, the choice is your, consult ur coach if you doubt about ur menu.

One year ago Regina set a goal to lose 60 pounds. She wanted to be in great shape for her wedding. At that point she weighed 195 pounds at 5'1" tall.

She has succeeded in losing 43 pounds so far. She's done it via exercise and a high protein diet.

Her fiancé is an ER nurse and "has seen some horrible situations with young girls overdosing on diet pills and other things like that. I made it a point to not do anything like that to my body. The only pill I take is a multivitamin.”

And she likes her new lifestyle and energy level so much that she says “This is forever for me. I like the way it (exercising and eating healthy) makes me feel and I don’t plan on giving that up.”

Here's my new routine. I'm trying to keep it simple.

Basic weight training schedule:

Sunday Lower Body Workout(Quads, Hamstrings, Calves)
Monday Cardio
Tuesday Upper Body Workout(Chest, Shoulders, Back, Triceps, Biceps)
Wednesday Cardio
Thursday Lower Body Workout(Quads, Hamstrings, Calves)
Friday Cardio
Saturday Free Day!!!

Every new week I rotate my workout. Instead of doing lower body workout on Sunday I do upper body workout instead. Remember it's good to always change your routine at least once a week.

Tips: When's the best time to train? For both men and women, our strength depends on how much testosterone you have in your body. By midday, your testosterone should build up pretty nicely and you would have much more energy than lifting weights in the morning.

Reps: 12, 10, 8, 6, 12, 12
-12 being the lightest,
-6 being the heaviest
-12*12 none stop reps which weighs like 8 reps... TOUGHEST!!!


Menu guide example:

9am HL Shakes
12pm 2 white eggs or HL shakes(2F1)
3pm veges/protein/a bit of carbs
6pm 2 egg whites or HL shakes(2F1)
9pm HL shakes

Prohibited food(tidak digalakkan) during 6 days a week(except for the 7th day which is free day):

Anything white for example:
-white bread(can be replaced with wheat or oatmeal.. etc)
-white rice(can be replaced with red/brown rice)
-noodles fried/ramen(can be replaced with pastas)

Allowed carbs:
-Pasta
-Potatoes
-As for fruits, I love those big Fuji apples or China peach apple's(sorry, I have expensive taste wahaha). Banana's a good choice too but for now I avoid it.
-There's actually more choices. Tom Venuto's blog has variety of choices. Especially food that burns your fat quickly!

Free Day:
This is my favorite day. It's a cheat day where I can eat anything but I'll stick to Herbalife way which is 2 shakes, 1 meal(can eat rice or whatever I like hehe).

Additional note:
Dulu2 without Herbalife shakes, I used to replace 2/3 egg whites(boiled or scrambled) for every small meal plus this workout routine I dropped approx. 2kg's per month. When I went to plateau for a couple of weeks, I added cardio morning and night everyday(20 mins persession doing HIIT). Gerenti... lose weight punya.

A note to self:
I wanna reach my ideal weight by the end of this year(57kg). InsyaAllah, with perseverance I can make it!

Unexpected Results

I already started my weight train on Sunday. It was a short lower body workout. The effect... outstanding! Right after I finished I couldn't feel my legs. Then it aches like someone putting needles through my skin.

The next day, I had to solat sitting on a chair because I can't even bend down. The muscle sore's changed into sore's like someone punches you which is much better than the first day. They say whey protein helps a lot in reducing muscle soreness. I can't really say whether it helps or not because I see no difference.

I was supposed to do cardio yesterday but I wasn't even able to walk properly let alone run, LOL! Even sitting down on the toilet bowl was a real pain. You can say it's the result from not training for over a year plus.

What's unique about weight training is that your fat burns much more, thus even if you don't do cardio, you will lose fat. I'm actually trying to make myself feel better for yesterday's miss of cardio :D

I'll write down my workout regime later. Also, I have to increase my meal to 5 times a day. Mostly adding 2 egg whites between meals. Need more protein to build muscles.

One more thing, my scale is out of battery. I have no time to go to a clock shop to buy a new battery. Nanti2 saja la...

My last few days in LA were full of activity.On Friday I awoke bright & early for a taping of The Doctors. My husband and I were picked up from our hotel in Santa Monica and whisked through lovely LA traffic to set of the show. They made us feel very welcome and did a wonderful job on my hair and make up. That was a special treat! Once I was ready they sent me out on stage to meet "the doctors"

Bayangkan nak drive balik tuh, mencabar betol nak naik Bukit Baru huhuhu... hujan lebat sangat sampai tak der 'api' hampir 1/2 bukit [lampu jalan blackout] so semata2 bergantung cahaya lampu kete jer lah... Bila sampai yang paling atas kat tengah2 Penara [area bukit yg paling tinggi] tuh macam dah berkabus sikit dah... dah la gulap gulita, ada 'info trafik era + info pemanduan berhemat' darik co-pilot kat sebelah, buat haku kejap2 ilang fokus nak drive. Grrr...

Baju raya sebenarnya beli yg lain, tapi time raya, g pakai jubah pulak :-s. Sampai ke hariknik, baju raya tak pakai2 lagik.. erkkk, masih ada dalam plastik. Cemana nih?

Kuih raya plak selalunyer aku suka batang buruk. Fav tahap dewa la kekonon nyer... Tapi tahun nih mcm tahun biskut denmark pulak... Ima ada beli batang buruk tahun nih tapi tak gebu. Kali nih luo kering, dalam gebu, boleh lah makan tapi tak menepati citarasa tekak ahaks! So tak layan sangat.

Almond london lagik lah... samada macik kilang yang jual silap kasik kuih kat haku :-s [mohong lah nih kan..., giler ke aku... rupa almond london sepesen jer, mana leh silap, adehhh... letihh!!!] atau mmg dah tukar orang yang buat sebab tak sesedap tahun lepas...

Last2, biskut denmark jugak yg menjadik p0jaan atie ku. Ima cakap nih tak sedap sangat, means ada lagik sedap. Tapi bagi haku yg dok ulang 2-3 kali, nih kira sedap tahan cipan ahhh muhahhaha :)). Tempeyek pun aku layan... walau pun kacang tak seberapa, tapi rapuh tuh penting keh keh keh... Makan pandai, buat tak tau >:).

Huh! Kacang... kacang... kacang... abehlah muka haku lepas nih.. perang jerawat :-s. Jerawat haku pelik sikit, bukan naik 1 muka ke aper ker.. samada kuo dalam bentuk resdung [gatai 1 idong seharian atau 2 harian... 2 harian tuh, bukan berita harian tau!] atau kompom jerawat tegar, naik 1 tempat jer, tepi mata kanan... sejibik tuh lah degilll tumbuh sekali, lambat nak surut [sebab aku gatal picit, wakakak :))]. Tabiat darik kecik sampai tua nih... yg sungguh tidak bagus :D

Last buat plank, aku soh Kanis kira, amik time... sekali dia g gayut bio aku sorang2 kat depan hall. So aku tak tahu plank haku baper saat.. ker minit? Akekeke... perasan lah pulok :P Tapi kalo dapat 1 minit... Alhamdulillah... improvement tuh... wachaaa...

Oh yer! Baru minggu lepas xnak workout kat kampung takot abah terkujat kan? Abah dah terkujat dah malam nih masa tengok aku buat crunch... abah cakap "Kak! betoi ka nih kak? Patah pinggang satg!" Where'd my mojo go?

Really, it's misplaced. Or it went to the beach without me. I am just so apathetic, that it worries me.

It's not that I've gone back to horrible eating. I am actually still the weight I've been for months (272, give or take a pound or two if I eat salty foods). To maintain this enormous weight takes some vigilance, believe it or not. No vigilance means I go back to 300 lbs. So, while I'm not actively in weight loss mode, I am conscious enough to be in "watch it or gain" mode.

I just am not feeling any diet motivation. Zip. I buy magazines to get me going--and nothing happens. They sit there unread (yes, that's you HEALTH and CLEAN EATING and SELF and ALLURE and FITNESS).

I did have a bad stretch of allergies/asthma this month, which didn't help. Not breathing well puts one into solid "I'm just gonna stay as still as I can and try not to use more oxygen than necessary, while using all my energy to suck in air."

But the asthma is okay today, and the allergies aren't killing me, and I still just wanna watch movies and nap.

I really yearn to feel that snap of purpose, that focus on goals, but I'm sort of generally purposeless lately (lately meaning, oh, most of this year).

If I figure out how to snap out of this ubermellow blandness, I'll let you know.

If you have a wonderful tip that doesn't involve some complicated system, let me know.

I really want to see some weight loss by Christmas, but making whoopie is about all that I've got motivation for. I tend to jump my hubby every chance I get (yes, Pilates unblocked my CHI like nobody's business and I've been a sex fiend) and take naps (which seem to follow directly from the previous activity). Making whoopie is well-motivated, but counting calories and produce shopping is not.

Hubby's happy, and I'm too mellow. Snarf.

Ya know, I had a chance to go to the beach (see pic of Bill Baggs State Park beach with lighthouse on Key Biscayne, Florida, offshore from Miami) with the family, my fave local beach even, and I just spazzed. It could be summer allergies getting to me, as they can contribute to that fatigue that equates into apathy, ya know?

Or is it the still-persistent heat? It's really icky here in Miami, even though fall is here, and going outside is NOT tempting unless it's way after sundown (or before sunrise). Even at night, it's humid and blah.

I can only hope that the bit of relief we get starting some time in October will get my mojo rising. I will restart my organic produce co-op once rainy season is mostly over, so that will help.

I've taken a few days of rest at home allowing my leg to recover from my diving accident. I am really amazed at how much better my mobility is after a few sessions of physiotherapy including acupuncture and taping. I can walk around in flat shoes without too much discomfort. Ok, ulang balik jawapan kat shoutbox tadih. Bukan 'tak payah F3" tapi lebey kepada "tak kisah..." mmm... bunyik tak kisah nih, satg orang salah paham pulak... F3 nih penting tau. jap2... let me eleborate more [chewahh...].

Actually, F1 alone pun mmg leh lose weight. Infact untuk 'heavyweight tegar' yg 90-100kg, baru nak start losing weight, bagus kalo amik F1 dulu... yg awal2 nih akan buang lemak agak banyak... tak kira lemak air ker, lemak kotoran degil ker, lemak isi ker, [ader ker jenis2 lemak? hihihi]. Then once nak reach ideal weight, then baru consider to take F3 together with F1.

For normal cases, to have both F1 and F3 is better actually sebab F1 leh help us to reduce kg while F3 leh help us to reduce the inches plus firm and reshaping back the body... kg dah drop, kulit2 kendur la KJ so F3, some of it's work is make sure kulit2 kembali tegang dari kekenduran, tone up balik body atau dalam kata mudah yg bese di pahami orang is reshapping lah bebeh... [chewah ayat!].

Berbalik kepada case saya nih, hihihi... ada sebab sengaja dan tidak di sengajakan wahahah :)).

1- Tak sengaja: Saya sbenarnya dah agak lama tak beli F3 sebab dok perabeh F3 adik ahehehe... Bila F3 dia dah abeh, saya tak pulak beli baru dan ter-continue shakes without it, at the end of the day... tak perasan dah masuk bulan posa. Memandangkan posa pun tak banyak sgt nak makan, so saya meneruskan ketidaksengajaan ini dengan tidak membeli F3, sehingga lepas raya [this is my plan lahhh]...

2- Sengaja: Sengaja tak amik F3 sebab bulan posa awal2 dulu, rasa full sgt2. Kalo KJ perasan, saya punya F1 pon, untuk supper cuma 2 scoops instead of sahur yang 4 scoops. Sebab awal2 dulu, try lepas berbuka, try 4F1 cam bese, rasa cam full giler... memandangkan saya try with 2F1 ajer dah kenyang, so saya teruskan perjuangan jer dengan 2 scoops. PLUS memandangkan F1 saya kurangkan scoops, saya sengaja meneruskan tak letak F3 lah sebab kalo letak F3, kompom shakes akan jadik quite thick. Saya tak nak too full before sleep :D. So kebetulan F3 mmg abeh dekat2 nak posa hariktuh, di tambah dengan plan sengaja mengurangkan scoops for supper, saya meneruskan edisi sengaja + tak sengaja saya dengan jayanya. End up, as you may see now, puasa menu saya tahun nih, saya shakes without F3 since day 1 until end of Ramadhan.

Note 1: Ingat balik F3 =
•Soy protein helps control hunger*
•Whey protein helps build and maintain lean muscle mass*

so kalo add F3 lagiklah saya kekenyangan akekekek... [adakah alasan inik di terima?]

Note 2: Patutnya, dekat2 nak reach ideal weight nih [wahhh, nak reach ideal weight tuh...] saya sepatutnya amik F1+F3 together2 sebab kg makin lombab nak turun, mmg dah sampai tahap nak shapping+tune body nih... muscle2 nak kasik kejap, kuda2 nak kasik kuat. Saya nih terbalik pulak... awal2 dulu saya tak pernah tinggalkan F3. Saya mmg bancuh F1+F3. Infact sejak dulu sehingga lah harik nik, baru 2 kali lah dalam sejarah saya bancuh shakes without F3.

1st: during experiment around August 08 dalam 2 minggu camtuh, saja nak tengok aper jadik kat kg dan inches kalo skip F3. End up, inches tak gerak, jadik terbukti F3 mmg bantu inches loss awal2 dulu. So the next months ahead, saya amik balik F1+F3.

Tapi ini ikut body masing2 tau KJ, ada orang with or without F3, they still losing their inches, bagus nyer... tak semestinya bender nih jadik pada saya [without F3 = inches stag] akan apply to everybody. NO! Ada orang without F3, still losing inches [This is what I call "product may show slightly different result to those who taking it at same amount or way" -wah! ayat haku... tak tahan nih, hancus tatabahasa... :-s... tapi KJ paham kan kat sinik?-... this miracle do happen ahihihi :P]. Bersyukur lah pada mereka yg mengalami nyer hihihi...

2nd: this time lah, Sept 09. Hujung bulan karang saya reveal result apa yg nak kurang, apa yg tak bgerak akekekeke...

Conclusion:

To KJ, kalo KJ mmg sedang add F3 in you shakes, please do so. Don't follow me... I do it purposely and un-purposely nih [ader ke ayat nih? wahahah :))] - baca balik reason 'sengaja+tak sengaja" saya kat atas tadih. Dun wori, lepas puasa, saya akan add balik F3, mmg niat nak add balik F3 pun lepas posa ahehehe...

Ok KJ? Adakah saya menjawap soklan anda? :D

Orang call ker, alarm ker... kalo sdn bhd gerak, samada delay 5 - 10 minutes, worse 30 minutes to 1 hour huhuh :-s. Bangun... bangun gak... just terpisat2 kirik kanan kirik kanan kejap. Xderlah sampai ngelat xmo bangun langsung...

End up, sampai sekarang tak leh tido [selalu kalo cakap something, musti jadik benda tuh, musti aku nguap dan ngantok lepas habis type nih wahahha]. Aku tak tahulah Lin lapo ker aper ker... tapi cam bese, kalo kami kuo berdua, masing2 dok salahkan masing2... :)). Aku salah Lin, Lin salahkan haku = bila 2-2 kuat makan wahahaha. Turn out kali nih, Lin punya nafsu makan agak besar sket hihihi. BTW, lepas balik US, Lin drop around 10kg :-s huhuhu, no wonder makin kecik haku tgk. Tak tahu knp. Dia cakap, kerja teruk... mmm... ot sampai nak termuntah2! haih... aku tingin balik nak ot sampai termuntah2 :P, akekekeke... bila lah agaknyer yer [nih 1 doa nih wahahaha]...

Berbalik kepada cerita param [eh! byk pulak citer haku kali nih... layan yer], Lin memula tunjuk oblong. Aku cakap "tak banyak ker nih"? Lin kata, "kita share arrr"... ok, layan. So belilah oblong daging 1. RM2.00 jer. Aku belom decide nak makan aper lagik... So kami sambung jalan2. Lin benti kat popia. tingin popia goreng kata nyer... So beli lah popia...

Sambung jalan, benti kat kat ayam madu, dia cakap tingin ayam madu. So belilah ayam madu, then jalan lagik. Pastu benti kat tempat nasik.. erkk.. Lin nak beli nasik pulak :-s... pakai dah budak nih, satg ader yg tak abeh nih... gggrrr... Aku tanya, "abeh ker semua nih Lin? Hang lapaq ka?" Dia kata, "hang lah Miza, asai keluaq dengan hang saja, aku makan banyak." Chaih!!! Hampeh lah tuh...

So kami pusing2 lagik... makanan haku jer tak beli2 nih sebab aku tak tahu nak makan aper :)). Last2 benti kat kuew teow goreng. Aku mintak 1 bungkus. Lin nak jugak... ya salam... so beli 2 lah. 1 kuew teow goreng, 1 lagik mee goreng.

Tahu aper jadik bila berbuka? Aku list makanan yg masuk dalam peti ice sebab tak abeh lah yer.. so korang leh imagine kami makan aper sebenarnya wahahahah ))

Masuk peti ice:
2/4 oblong daging
1 polisterin mee goreng
4/5 pcs popia goreng

Lin bawak balik umah:
1 bungkus nasik lauk

Moral:
1- Jangan beli yang tingin, beli yg nak makan jer walaupun nafsu tingin mengatasi segalanyer :P.
2- Jadiklah kawan yang tegas, marah kawan kalo nampak cam over beli, tapi kalo dah cakap, dia masih nak beli, nak buek camno? Kita dah cuba, final decision terpulang pada tuan empunya body. So pie balik pun, kena kembali ke moral no 1 hikhikhik :P

Kebarangkalian aku berbuka esok makan lauk perangat adalah sangat2 tinggi... haih! Lupa plak, lepas kuo darik param, kami berdua shoot g umah Kak Baini, sebab nak amik kuih raya. Tuh psl menu hariknik ader kuih raya terselit. Sedap lak tuh huhuhu... Walaupun aku dapat makan sample yg tak seberapa kerat itu, tapi kesedapannyer sampai abeh 1 tupperware kecik tuh gara2 kusyuknya aku abehkan sample kuih wahahaha :))

Aku layan G.I Joe malam nih. Ntah cemana sampai kat scence pompuan tuh lari atas treadmills, aku tetiba terpikir, naper aku leh duduk saja, sedangkan pompuan tuh sambil baca buku pun leh workout? Fuh! Tetiba terbangkit dan terworkout kat situ jugak :)). Dah lah aku pakai headphone so aku panjangkan tali semaksimum mungkin dan start workout. tak kira baper kali aku punch+kick+box sebab aku start betol2 time pompuan tuh naik treadmills, then stop kat masa orang jahat tuh switch dengan president ori :D.

Kira2 time dekat 60 minutes oooo... fuh, macam tak percaya, aku leh buat 1 jam... :-s. tapi mmg tak sedar arrr... Sebab dok fokus tgk citer, so mata ke lain, jiwa ke lain, bila stop, aku baru perasan, peluh meleleh2 1 badan. nasib baik bukak yoga mat. Kalo haku shoot workout without mat tadih, tak pasal2 kena lap balik area tuh sebab tuh tempat semayang... kan kotor plak peluh dok menitik2 kat situ... huhuhuh...

Mmm, aper lagik yer.. ini jer kot, compilation untuk 1 harik hihihih...

Menu berbuka macam agak melampau... erkkk... bahasa baek nyer = meriah :D. Standard arrr nih... masih dalam kawalan ahaks! Aku balik kampung nih, sebab aper yer??? Oh ya! mak call ajak g ceramah huhuhu... [anak yg jahat, dengar ceramah jer tak mo balik >:)]... plus sebab nak beli barang2 untuk raya...mmm, more on grocery sebenarnya, padahal hujung bulan 2 minggu lepas baru jer beli... nak raya kan... so maybe mak nak beli sikit barang2 buat kuih [mak buat kuih ker? wahahaha]... gasak lah...

So lepas membeli belah, balik tuh singgah param Balik Pulau lah, located betol2 depan umah Minyak, kat area parking masjid Depan Taman Seri Indah [betol ke aku type nama taman nih? wahahah :))]. Masa pusing2 tuh mmg nampak air nih colorfull jer darik jaoh. Aku tanya mak, "nak try tak?" mak cakap "tak payah lah..." so kami move ke kedai depan2. tapi mata haku tak lepas2 tengok air tuh, chantek tertarik sgt :P.

Mak dah benti kat tempat tofufah... eh! syilap2. yong to fu sebenarnya. 2-2 nama dekat2 nak sama, buat haku kompius saja... :p. Nih favourite abah nih :D. Sambil tggu mak pilih, haku snap gambo burger kat kedai tepi.. sbb burger dier pun nampak colorfull akekeke... hariknik harik colorfull sedunia gamaknyer :P. Then aku cuit pinggang mak, "Mak! Cek nak beli lah ayaq tuh!"... Mak pusing belakang.. pastu mak cakap... "Suka hati mu lah labuuu..." muhahahahha.. So aku pun berlari2 anak lah ke tempat air tadih. Orang ramai giler, sedap sgt ker, alahai... 2-3 kali snap picture, pacik air tuh pun perasan+pelik [apehal lah budak pompuan nih, dok snap2 dengan hnset cabuk dier nih keh keh keh].

Lepas dapat snap, aku beli 2-2 katira+faluda. Saja nak rasa, nak try test tengok >:). So cemana rasanya? Ehem! Masa berbuka bukak yg kaler ijao tuh dulu [honeydew]... ader bijik2 itam tuh, aper ke namanyer ... lupa la pulok... haihhhh... anyway, rasa mcm air buah lah... xder lah aper menarik pun, nama jer gerun wahahahah :)). Faluda pun sama gak! Yang paling banyak gelas minum = Anand :D. Sampai abah tegur, "cukup2lah tuh adik..." hah! kan dah kena marah... muhahahhaha.... :))
