Cardio: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Rest on Sunday.
Been slacking off. Right after I got sick. My powerlifter supporter darling got sick. So, insyaAllah this week... I mean by today will be the day I'll weight lift again until Ramadhan. Weehoo!
I hope I can lessen at least 1 % of fat before Ramadhan to make the number even to 10% fat loss. 9% is a bit hanging there and bugging me so much!
For the ideal body %, I would have to be around 21%-26%.
For lean it would have to be 21% below.
All this depends on my age being 32 years old according to the women chart and it differs a bit from other charts.
I follow this chart. Mine has different colors though but the readings are the same.
