Endurance + Stamina Trianing.

Ack! I can't stand doing powerlifting anymore. Bored to death with the routine. Changing my workouts to endurance and stamina. I'd like to get myself ready for wall climbing(most probably at 1 Utama), bungee jumping(within Malaysia) and water rafting at Slim River. Soon hopefully. Not confident enough but I have to start somewhere.

I should be doing more running the first week. The following weeks I should add in HIIT. As for my weight training  I will be doing lesser weights but more reps. I'll write it down here once I get the full description of my training from my husband.

Game on! Although during Ramadhan there will be 1 month pause. Macam tidak biasa.
