My scale broke down again(I am now an official scale machine collector). I'm telling ya, it's the damp climate up in the hills and with the recent continuous rains my room feels terribly cold and damp. C-c-cold! Even without the fan on at night I can menggigil kesejukan.
I realized that when I'm doing barbell exercises, my stomach fat tends to disappear fast. I've always heard people said that the stomach goes last but I think the most visible changes is that I've lost a lot around my belly. They've also become rather jelly like instead of rock solid lemak tepu! Either the barbell workouts are awesome or that I've been taking care of my eating habits as well and 1+1 =2. Although I do have the tendency to do the exact opposite right after I write about my positive attitude in this very blog. God I hope I won't.
This week's dugaan is the Thursday-Sunday trip to Penang(hubby's cousin is getting married). Hubby's grandmother's house is always filled with food. If not, Penang is fooooooood haven. Oh dear me, I have to be a good girl if I want to lost all this weight before I have another baby. Healthy weight during my second pregnancy InsyaAllah.
P/S: I think this time I'll buy a body fat caliper. It costs roughly around RM100++ and has SPRINGS or those tape fat calipers. I'm guessing that it won't die on me as frequent as all my previous weighing machines. You used to be my friend scale machine, you used to be! *Tengok2 next week I'll get the exact brand from Tesco.
