Im more confident in adjusting meals and shakes compared to wen i 1st started,thank u so much to ur guidance in ur blog........its already 17 days aft i consume shakes and teamix.... so far i hv lost 7.5 inches and 2 kg......im thinking of consuming F3 bt im not sure wen to start...i mean wen is d right time???? thank u....
