- 1/2 pc of ikan patin masak tempoyak
- 2 scps of peparu goreng (my favourite!)
- 1 small slice of ikan cili hijau (sedap!)
- 1 small scp of sambal sotong
- 1 pc of tofu
- 1 scp of sayur kangkung
- 1 scp of sayur ubi
- 1 scp sayur campur + sotong
- kuah kicap + kuah tempoyak
- 1 small bowl of pengat pisang (around 5 pcs)
2 gelas Air Sirap Limau (no ais)

AT HOME
1/4 tspn of teamix + 1 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 1 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar + 1 tspn of Ginger Honey Crystal + 300 ml warm water
300 ml H²0

DINNER: AT HOME

- 1 medium pc of roti canai with cheese
- 1 medium pc of roti canai with peanut butter & jelly (pelik tp sedap!)

yeayy.. mkn kat Restoran Dapur Kita lagi. best woo. Buffet Lunch RM 7 je. amik la lauk mcm2.. air pon nak minum byk2 kali pon tetap RM 7 totalnye utk sorang mkn. lauk pon sedap2 belaka. :D
