i have tried making my shakes using 3 scps F1 for each shakes.. and it can lasts for 14 days. how is that possible? this really depends on how u scp.. more on that below..

- can lasts about 2 weeks or more depending on how many scps u need.- for F3 u may need 1, 2 or 3 scps depending on ur height and bmi.- e.g if u take 1 scp.. and take twice a day..

how many bottles u need, depends on how much u scp and how u scp :D
i won't force u to scp a certain way, this is ur decision. u may know how much bottles u need, once u've taken HL for a month. but i assure u there will always be extras left. it will be impossible for u to finish both F1 and F3 at the same time. i think this HL's strategy, to keep the consumer buying more and more products. :))
back to how u scp. there are 3 ways to scp ur F1 and F3..
- heaping
- flat scp
- 3/4 full scp
some ppl, very generous, they use heaping scoop. its not flat, but its like when u scp ice cream.
some ppl, not so generous but not so stingy, eheh.. so they take - flat scoop. u scrap off the excess from a heaping scp to make a flat scp.
some ppl, like me will scp 3/4 full scoop.
this is how a 3/4 scp will look like. look at the picture below.^fyi that picture is the promotional photo from herbalife. as u can see, the contents of the spoon is not full at all. its not even a heaping scp. that is what i call a 3/4 full scp. ok?but at the back of the F1 bottle, they say.. First and foremost... I gotta say that my boobs are bigger than my tummy! That's something to be proud and noisy about. I think it's 5 or 6 weeks that I'm carrying barbells still? My deadlift weight is around 42kgs. One day when I'm up to it, I'll post my weight training days. Still too tired to blog about it everyday. :P I have stopped eating nasi lemak for breakfast, Alhamdulillah.
After working for about 2 weeks, I find out that mostly people in my office don't drink a lot of water. Stalker kan saya... I bring food to work. They must've think that I am one chubby girl who likes to EAT a LOT. Bising some more with my crunchy peanuts. Crunch crunch crunch... Then bunyi plastic and then me drinking water. Gulp gulp gulp... Gosh that office is too quiet. >.<
Second, after watching RED(Retired:Extremely:Dangerous) I realized how hot she is. I googled her picture and got this bikini pic. Mind you, she's born in 1945. Although this hot picture was VERY famous a couple years ago but come ooon... her body is AWESOME and it's still new news for me! :D

as for now, sy rs sy da 59kg, which means 2kg since last time timbang..tp jeans sy longgar kt pinggang kat peha..n housemate pun kate da kecik sket..betul laa kot awak kate f1 n teamix kurangkn byk inches..sbb timbang just 2kg je turun, but org cam perasan sy da susut sket.. alhamdulillah~ but sy rs sy still x byk minum air..sy minum like, after 1 mug of teamix, sy minum lg 2 mugs of air putih.. so total 3 mugs teamix, 6 mugs air putih..satu mug dlm 250ml, so x sampai 2 liter pun..tu the most..kurang minum air ni bley ke jd factor lmbat turun berat ek dieha?
masuk minggu 3 (20 hari) da 59kg, then minggu 4 still maintain 59kg, so 2kg loss in 3 weeks kot..sbb weighing scale sy yg read manually tu, so x bley detect 58.7 ke 59.1 ke, dia round up kn je~

I have been working since last week. Have been enjoying life of a none working mother since 2006. I loved it. I've decided that I want to start work again this year although the pay won't be as good as my friends who have been working ever since they finished studying.
The old me would compare and be frustrated about it but I've developed a habit of not comparing other peoples lives to mine. If I have more than 1 kid, I wouldn't compare them which is the best and which is not. They are equally the same in a unique way. Now that I've found a job, I am happy earning my own money although my husband can provide for us 3 but it feels so much better be able to contribute what ever I can do to the society. :D
Due to weighing responsibilities at work and chores at home, Alhamdulillah I still can afford to weight train after work(mostly due to my husbands push!!). Only that it's been changed to Saturday, Monday, Wednesday. Hubby has a bit of an injury on his fingers when he slipped down the stairs during a heavy rain. He received 2 stitches on his arm and an injection of antibiotics. He could still help me carry the barbell! What a dear husband he is.
By the way, I do need to upgrade my gym stuffs. I need 20kg(10kg each), a thick mat to support the barbells to which I found in One Utama and a barbell rack(don't see it anywhere, hubby is planning to ask the tukang buat grill to customize it but I am SCARED that they won't do it properly :P). Someone is going to be papa kedana!!
Oh man, I love this training. I am totally fascinated with barbell exercises. I'm carrying almost 30++kgs for squats, adding 2.5kg on every time I carry the weight. I'm running out of plates!

In March of 2008 I had been married for almost 18 years. For the last 5 or 6 years of my marriage, I had gained weight exponentially each year. Not only was I obese (6'1/2" 280 lbs), but I was also a heavy smoker. When I got separated from my ex-wife close to 3 years ago, I had an epiphany. I looked at myself in the mirror and couldn't believe what I was looking at. How had I allowed myself to get like that? I wanted to live a longer life for my 3 children and I wanted to be happy with myself again. These things made me take the first step into my journey of weight loss which has now become a passion for fitness.
I had yo-yo dieted for many years and tried many of the fad diets. I was "successful" in losing weight those times, but I never kept it off because I was not making a lifestyle change.. The most important change that has lead to my success is knowing to take things one day at a time. When I started on my quest, I did not join a gym and I did not exert myself enough. What I did was ask myself, "What am I willing to do NOW which will help me continue to do it for the rest of my life?" My answer then was to walk for 15 minutes each night and I made small adjustments to my horrendous eating habits. Today, I can run up to 10 miles at a 10 minute per mile pace. I also weight train 5 days per week and my bad eating moments are most people's best eating habits! I am proud to say that today I have a body fat percentage of 12%!
As soon as I started to see the weight coming off, I was motivated to continue on this path. The most challenging thing for me was changing my bad eating habits. I saw results right away. I started to lose weight after the first week and it never stopped from there.
My life has changed in many ways! I am healthier physically, mentally and emotionally. My self esteem although never low, is at an all time high. I have been the inspiration of many to start their own quest of a healthy lifestyle change and I have finally found a real life passion!
