Been doing Interval X of P90X lately. Hopefully after 12.12.2010 I'll be doing a new routine(weight training). Hubby's going to train me. So I'll have to use weights according to his instructions... etc. I've been having less positive results lately. Need some support. Laki already macho but wife still fatty cannot la mcm tu :P. In the meantime, I'm heading to my hometown for a month holiday! Yay! Have some gym rat friends there and can't wait to see Kota Kinabalu's fine gym.
Other than that, hubby will search for cheap gyms for him to workout on. Apa ni, balik kampung, explore gym pulak. Activities pulak, there's this white river rafting at Sungai Padas and if he can find cheap scuba diving lessons he'd probably want to take those classes too. He's too cheapskate lah. The classes are way cheaper in KK comparing to KL still memilih. Whatever lah :P
By the way, my son really loves to carry 0.5kgs dumbbells on each of his hands and does his version of angkat berat. Very cute but makes me laugh so much while I train. So usually I have to close my eyes to concentrate!
