Email Order Forms are updated!

Last week, I checked under Documents Online, and found out that Herbalife Malaysia has updated their email order form yet again. I have updated the link to the new Herbalife email order form in my blog. Please refer below, or u can check under my email order form label.

There's just a few minor adjustment this time..
- removed the Omega 3 Fish Oil Promotion Set (which includes a free BMI chart)
- added a new Herbalife Accessories, 12 oz Paper cup with cup lid and 2 oz paper cup. i'm not quite sure on the quantity, it wasn't stated in the form
- added Herbalife University T-shirt for Male and Female (sized: S, M, L, XL)
