Huh! Tetiap hari drive dan shopping seharian kan bagus >:), tak yah haku susah2 nak kira workout baper jam. Kira time baper lama dah leh budget baper cal burn wahahaha :)). Kalu setakat g keje then balik driving tuh jangan lah gatal nak kira yer... alahai ciput tak sampai 10 minit drive. Aper peluh pun tak kuo, sejuk gedi dalam kete ader lah :P
