BTW, aku nak publish weight loss nih tapi penurunan sgt lah ciput :-s. Siput sedut lagik besar darik penurunan kali ini so patut kah patik menunggu lagik seminggu dua? ahehehe... Acara makan2 secara terkawal di Zurich [terkawal ker?] maybe memberi impact yg tak berapa maksima tapi of coz tak besh lah kan...
Ok, aku tunggu lagi so bermakna korang pun kenalah tunggu. Xdapek den nak nolong ehh hahaha...
