1 cup Organic Spirulina Orange Juice: share with Kanis

In between

2 glass plain water
1 whole jambu merah

11.00pm supper: Kanis tapau :-s
1/2 polisterin char kuew teow
1 pc otak2

In between
1 glass teamix
2 glass plain water

~4hrs workout: leisurely pace
Jalan2 shopping: burn 778 kcal
