1 slice of ikan gulai
1/4 plate mix veggies + 2 okra

800ml plain water
8.30pm dinner
1/2 polisterin nasi daging
1 slice daging masak kicap
2 slice putu mayam *ehsan dari Ima*
Apom telor *middle only*
1 pc red dragon fruit


Sayur tak makan, masin giler :-s sebab tuh ganti dengan red dragon... mcm banyak jugak makan walaupun makan merapu tapi seriously... tak mengenyangkan... baik makan shakes huhuhu :-s
