12.30pm lunch
Cappu shakes: 2F1+250ml plain water

In between
500ml plain water

3:15pm Workout
45 minutes house cleaning
10 minutes interval mix workout
...done today!


Post workout bite
2 pcs green apple
1 cup yogurt
1 spoon Familia Choco; topping

7:00pm dinner
1/2 bowl sup ayam semalam
2 slices wholemeal bread toasted with butter

In between
1 cup teamix
1L plain water
