err. ok kali ni, lepas berbuka tetibe ade plak. sblm berbuka tade, so erm.. nmpk nye kene kire arini sebagai ari yg TAK PUASA jela eh. sbb tatau samada dia kuar sblm berbuka, atau semasa berbuka atau slps berbuka. tak kisah la. kire tak valid je arini. :P
yg counting days Apple Cider Vinegar tu rase nye kene buang jela. tak amik dah kot. bila tah nak beli. tayah la kot. stick to Psyllium Husk aje. lgpon, ade beli Extra Virgin Olive Oil mase kat Mekah, tah bila nak try.
