Currently trying so hard not to snack during the night. Siksaaaaa. I LOVE snacking even until 1am in the morning. Senaman pun LOVE jugak but how to be slim if calorie intake more than I burn. 2010 was a setting point to where I have learned to love exercising. I long for it if I didn't do it for a long time. So 2011 I would try eating properly AND weight train. It's a big challenge to me because I don't rely on Herbalife anymore. I rely 100% on eating healthily and changing my lifestyle. It's quite ridiculous and feel ashamed of myself to have to wait for a year to change my eating habit. I pray that with hubby's help I will eventually get to my ideal weight.
I admit, I am not strong enough to fight my eating cravings alone therefore I am feeling with much gratitude(bersyukur) that hubby's here to help. That's what's husband's are for!
I am in my 3rd week as a pescatarian. Life resumes as normal. I feel that I'm not missing out on anything because I have always been a seafood lover.
Monday:
5 mins running on elliptical machine.
upper body workout. added double weights with hubby's support. triceps was as heavy as 10 kgs. sakit oh.
10 mins post workout run on elliptical machine.
Tuesday: HIIT.
Wednesday: Lower Body Workout. So many dumbbells until it can't fit. Probably will try using barbell soon.
Thursday: No workout. Walking like a penguin + zombie today.
Friday: No workout. Busy sedikit with SIL's wedding...
Saturday: SIL's wedding. 1.1.11 gitu!
Result = 78.5kg
Weight loss = 0.2kg
