Week 1 December Training

How now brown cow? I wanted my workouts to be ending perfectly at the year end but apparently it's all jumbled up. This time around  I'm starting with 1-2 weeks alternative weight training. Kira warm up from 4 weeks hiatus. The routine works like this(basic routine):

Monday -  Upper Body workout
Tuesday - Cardio
Wednesday - Lower Body Workout
Thursday - Cardio
Friday - Upper Body Workout
Saturday - Cardio
Sunday - Rest

Weights - The ones that I can do all by myself without any help. Hubby said he'll help me after my 2nd week. I told him, where's the manager? I hired a trainer but the trainer will only join me after two weeks? I want a refund!


So far so good. Been watching out what I'm eating, especially during the night and avoiding those horrid snacks and coffee. Lost 2kgs in 2 days. Apa lagi, water retention la tu. I hope there are more water to lose so that it can be lost so easily lol!!

It's a pain in the butt when someone in the house is watching what I eat. All for a good cause.

Result= lost 1 kg
Current weight = 79kg(I'm always stuck in the 70s :P)
