Day 186: Psyllium Husk

alkisah egg sandwich tu. parents aku dan pika mkn nasi + lauk pauk. tp aku turun lewat sket.. sbb ramai plak yg nak order. aku ni jenis selagi tak settle, selagi tu la aku tak turun2. wahaha. so lambat punye pasal, nasik abis. err ade la tinggal sket, tp seciput sgt. 1/4 plate pon tak sampai. dlm 1 stgh sudu je kot. wahaha. so yg tinggal lauk saje. aku tgk lauk yg ade, ayam kicap dan telur goreng. hmm. nak buat ape eh? takkan nak masak nasik kot, malas aku nak tunggu. so amik roti, belah 2, amik telur goreng dan kapit, dan toastkan atas stove. siap 1 mknn. aku agak2 tak cukup utk buat aku kenyang, so tu yg tambah muesli. :)

dinner, 1st time aku mkn burger oblong. sos dia sedap tp plain je. sayur tade langsung! uhuk. sib baik ade Psyllium Husk. T_T
