Day 190: Psyllium Husk
breakfast tu aku gagahkan diri jua utk menelan nasi awal2 pagi. mule2 ingat lepas 1st relative's house tu akan trus lunch kat 3rd relative's house (dia mmg dah jemput dr semlm lg). tetibe dpt khabar berita, 2nd relative's house tu buat kenduri kesyukuran sbb anak dia dpt result bagus. so mkn la sket. spt yg dijangkakan, tuan umah komen jgk pinggan aku isi nya seciput bebenar2. terpaksa la ckp, nak kasi ruang nak mkn lunch kat rumah makcik, rumah tu mmg jenis suke hidang mknn mcm2, sedap2 plak tu. harus la kasi space byk kan? dinner, aku surrender dah. pilih mknn pon yg comel2 je saiz. :))
