Sometimes, I just want to hit my husband while he's training me. At times while core muscle exercises, my tears just comes out because it's THAT tough for me. After done exercising, I'm back to being happy.
Syntha-6 whey protein is so YUMMY! It has that berlemak taste. Anything chocolate is goood for me.
Monday: HIIT 10 mins for warm up. Lower body workout(Bill Phillips routine still this week)
Tuesday: HIIT 20 mins with some core muscle exercises
Wednesday: HIIT 10 mins. Upper body workout.
Thursday: HIIT 15 mins + core muscle exercises with weights(some with weights(5kg) and some not.)
Friday: No exercise.
Saturday: No exercise.
The sit ups with 5kgs made me hurt so much. Gila oh. I can't laugh hard, it hurts even when I cough and coincidentally I'm currently coughing. Sadly it needs 2 days to recover. Monday I'll be starting full training with hubby.
Btw, there will be no free day for me this time. Only portion control. So hard to control eating when I love eating so much. A fatty's gotta learn what a fatty's got to learn!!!
