Trying to Fit My Schedule

I told you guys I'm gonna take a break for two weeks right? Right. Then I got a job on the third week. It starts at 930am-630pm. Gosh I'm still getting used to having tonnes of work after not having one for 5 years. So I guess my weight training will be slightly delayed again.

I really wasn't expecting working to be like this. To be mentally tired. Usually, when I get home it's near 7pm. I cook, feed my son... etc. Teman him sleep and usually around 830 I'll be free. After that I'll have to cook again and then hidang husband dinner. By 9pm I would be toooooooo exhausted.

But working there for the 4th week this week after Wesak has made me mcm ala bisa tegal biasa. I'm now LONGING to do squats and run again. I'll just do squats, deadlift and run on alternate days(15 mins). Well, that's what I initially want to do in my mind. The routines that makes me happy each time I think about it. I wouldn't want to be tired the whole day during working hours.
