How to track your Herbalife order delivery status ONLINE!

Ehehe.. thats a very long title. Didn't really know what else to put as a title.

Anyway, one of my customers was complaining that she hasn't received her Herbalife orders yet. I already told her that she has to call Herbalife to found out what is happening. Btw, her order should arrive (latest) by today. Someone is not patient enough.. *hint* :P

I've checked on the Herbalife website, and it is stated that her order will be done today (5-May-2011). And it occurred to me, there was another way to check on delivery status, which is ONLINE. I remembered receiving such email from Herbalife in mid-April. You can view/download the pdf file - Order Delivery Status FAQ.

So to make sure I remember what to do next time, i must share it in my blog!

HOW TO TRACK ORDER DELIVERY STATUS ONLINE

1. Go to the Citylink Express Shipping Tracker page for Malaysia.

2. How do I get the 'Consignment No.'? Do I have the 'Reference No.'?

For those who order directly from Herbalife, you will get an order number as confirmation/reference.


What is an Order Number?
A: Each Herbalife’s order comes with an order number to ease the tracking of the order by the senders or recipients. Order number may begin K7 or K2 or 2L followed by 8 numeric digits, for example K7-12345678, K2-12345678 or 2L00001234.


so basically, you will DEFINITELY get an order number. Order Number = Reference No.


What is a City-Link’s Consignment Note Number?
A: Each City-Link Consignment note comes with a 15-digit bar code that usually begins with 0603 as the prefix. A Consignment Note is attached to the parcel/document at the point of pick-up. Senders or recipients may enquire about their shipment(s) by quoting the respective Consignment Note Number.


....and for the Consignment No., you will only get it once u receive your parcel. it will be stated on the Citylink Express receipt.

so go to the Citylink Express Shipping Tracker to track you order delivery status!


How can I track my order?
. Just key in the 15 digits City-Link Consignment Number or Herbalife’s NTS Number (Order No) and you will be able to find the chronology or shipment routing details.
. You may key in your Order Number at the Shipment Tracking section by selecting Reference No. button or key in City-Link Consignment Note No. by selecting Consignment No. button.


ok. lets do an experiment.

I keyed the order of my customer (who complained), but this is what I got, "Reference No. 2L000***** is not found in the system". Hmm..

The thing is.. it doesn't work for all orders. I've tried on a few other order number(s) just to be sure, and some will get the same error as above. It's either Herbalife doesn't use Citylink Express to deliver those 'not found' orders ..OR.. Citylink doesn't update that frequently. :P

So, I keyed an order number that was successfully delivered.. refer below.

like i said, it doesn't work on all Herbalife Orders. try keying in ur own order number. u will realized that for some orders will be able to see the shipment routing and for some orders u will get the 'NOT FOUND' error. :P

I share below other questions that frequently arises.


Is it possible to track my shipment without the order number? Is it possible to track the shipment with my Distributor ID?
A: Unfortunately, you will not be able to track your order from the City-Link’s website with your Herbalife’s Distributor ID. However, you may contact Herbalife’s Distributor Services at 03-2687 6333 for further assistance.


When will my order arrive?
A: Orders destined to major towns within peninsular Malaysia will require a delivery time of 3 working days NOT including the order completion day. Delivery to remote areas may take more than 5 working days from the Ordering Date.


How can I change the address on a completed order?
A: Sorry, you will not be able to make any amendment, adjustment or cancellation on a completed order. Therefore, it is important for you prepare your order in advance to ensure accurate and speedy processing.


Will there be repeated delivery attempt if I was not at home during the first attempt?
A: Yes, there will be an automatic second delivery attempt to a residence/office premise the next business day. During the first attempt, if the recipient is not available, an Attempt Delivery Notice will be placed in the letter box of the delivery address. The shipment will be held at the local City-Link Express office and a second delivery attempt will be made upon confirmation from the recipient. You may call 03-5033 3800 to arrange for your delivery.
