Dah lama tak jump rope, run in place so bila buat malam nih rasa mcm nak tercabut isi perot :-s. Nak maintain 1 minute pun azab. Banyak on-off. Dapat sekali jer full 1 minutes. Yg lain mampu takat 45 secs, 40 secs... sebab rasa xleh g. Ish! Esok nak panjat Bukit Jambul nih. Tolonglah kasik stamina ader.
