Dah lama tak buat interval workout so hariknik xg hiking konon pepagik nak balik Balik Pulau. Sekali Ima cakap Anand sekolah lagik la hariknik, baru ari Khamis kan, so tak mungkin mak+abah nak kuo awal pagik g bank. Hariknik ada urusan seri paduka baginda sket ahehehe. Patik tukang bawak kete ajer. So last2 aku decide balik dekat2 tghari, time Anand dah g sekolah. Lepas Lohoq ka baru semua kuo. Xpasti lagik...
So hariknik version tak buat reps. Aku bantai semua mix buat each 1 minute. Trying so hard not to use dumbell [very the tempeted la bebeh, aduhaiii]. Terlajak gak gatai tangan ku ader 2 routine TER-pegang dumbell. Ya Ampunnn... saper2 nak follow, silakan... each 1 minute ok! Layan... ader yg terlajak buat 2 sebab rasa pendek sgt... ahehehehe...

Supposed aku auto-post jer posting nih hariktuh tapi ingatkan sempat nak buat sebelom balik kampung. last2 lupa jugak :P. so nih kira publish lewat lah, padahal dah siap type awal2 pagik khamis tuh lagik. erkk... tghari actually. lagipon lunch belom lagik masa tuh dan belom decide nak makan aper. So kalo publish pun seolah2 mcm menu tak lengkap plak sebab lunch dengan dinner xtahu makan aper. Makan lah tapi kat kampung, kampung mane ader tenet ishketambola... :-s
Balance menu kelmarin jumaat dan sabtu hariknik, malam karang haku draf dan publish. ahehehe... selamat berhujung minggu ok bebeh...
