1 pc fried egg
Ok, pretty much over protein at least 1 time a week now. Almost get use to it! :-s. I just realized during weekend, Agilent's cafe only offer carbo and protein hahahah. Where all the fiber gone? O_o. Plus it will always be fried arrr... mmm...
