My father in-law bought a barbell handle/pemegang long time ago and doesn't use it anymore so I'm thinking of using it for my lower body workouts, including abs. It's more easier and effective if the dumbbells are carried with a besi barbell but I think I would have to ask hubby to help me on some of the workout moves.
I've had enough of back aches from last week's workout! This week I have to be more careful on how I'll be putting down the dumbbells and picking it up.

- I lost 2.4cm on my waist within a week! From 89.2cm to 86.8cm. AWESOME! Looks like my daily cardio helps a LOT! Tom Venuto was right(ain't he always!). If you want to lose those fat fast, other than resistance training, you should do cardio around 30-45 minutes within 4-7 times a week.
Wed 31/3 (Cardio 15 mins & Lower Body WT) Done
- Kecederaan orang gemuk. :P Having rashes between my thighs due to daily cardio. I need to buy more trainer pants. Reusing less of my gym pants over and over. Jaga hygiene wooii.
- Lost another 0.3cm on my hips today. I don't know how it happened but it happened! Alhamdulillah. Now that I don't have penimbang berat or fat calipers I just love measuring myself right after I wake up.
- These days, I do my cardios right after I wake up. No breakfast, nothing. Just water before running.
- I wish I had a camera to take my before picture. I'll just share my photo's after I'm done with week 6 or 12.
- I know this might sound crazy but I've reach to a point where I think my cardio isn't enough and wanting to run some more! Sabar... sabarrr.

- Oh no! Herbalife products increase 3% again by 20th April 2010. Getting expensive each year.
- Went to an exercise equipment shop in Giant KD for a Body Fat Calipers but couldn't find any Body Fat Calipers.

*Cardio 1 and 2 is cardio 15 mins morning & late afternoon.
