- OMG!!! My sweat from exercising today was ferocious!!! It could fill a small bucket. Too much info for you guys? haha :P
- At last I'm going to buy myself a weighing machine this month. What took me so long? I don't know. Putting aside the body fat calipers aside first lah.
- My menu for this week until I get another set of F1 HL are from Body For Life Menu's. I miss taking Herbalife(ceh, baru 2 minggu bah... minta puji betul). I only take F3 after workout. Sedap jg lah. Mixed it with soy milk.
25/3 Thu (Cardio) Done
26/3 Fri ( Cardio & Lower Body WT ) Done
- I'm indeed desperate to lose all the fatties in my body so I'll be doing cardio 6 days a week starting today. I'll run twice day and evening on Cardio day. SEMANGAAAAT!!!!
- I'm going to do abs training next week during my lower body workout. Man, Tom Venuto does 15 mins of abs training only 2/3 times per week. Eeeeek! Salute to him!!!!
27/3 Sat (Cardio- Pagi & Petang) Done
- I realized that my stomach has shrunk a bit today but the thing is, I didn't take any measurement. I'll do it tomorrow Lah :)
28/3 Sun (Rest Day)
