2010 Training Session 1 (Week 1)

Posting here earlier so that I'd better do my workouts(at home of course)! I'm gonna start slow this time. 6 weeks only! After completing 6 weeks of training then I will see from there.

15/3 Monday(Cardio) Done
  • I could only do a proper sprint today after one week of running slow and steady. So many sweat keluar oh!!!

16/3 Tuesday(Weight Train Upper Body) Done
  • My arms hurt badly. I think I have to sleep early tonight!
  • Went to Brands Outlet in Ikano earlier. Walked towards the Plus Size section in search for a size 10 pants which I'm going to wear soon. I was searching and searching but I couldn't find any size 10. Rupa-rupanya, the biggest size for plus size is 12. This means I have to search in other stores NOT IN PLUS SIZE SECTION for a size 10 jeans!!! I was SOO surprised. Lol! It would mean a lot to me if I reach a size 10. It's been 9 years since I've shopped in and out of a plus size section. I am going to make that to and END!

17/3 Wednesday(Cardio) Done
  • Chest muscles hurt from yesterday's workout. Not enough money to buy protein stuff. Been eating more pasta's than protein. Argh! I need to order HL soon, plus buying 2 trays of eggs for my protein since I don't favor chicken so much.

18/3 Thursday(Weight Train Lower Body) Done
  • I lost my dumbbell weight paper. Had to guess how much I should carry on each rep. OK lah.

19/3 Friday(Cardio) Done


Sat & Sun (Rest Day) Enjoying it!
