12 dengan 13 actually dah xder nafas dah, mmg betol2 tahap +_+ dah huhuhu.... tapi sebab perjanjian dengan diri sendiri nak abehkan 30 reps per routine so aku gigihkan jugak... aduhai!!!

Burpee pun sama. 10 reps yg 1st ajer gigih dengan senyuman, 2nd 10 dan 3rd 10 dah dengan tangisan dah huhuhu... rasa2 abeh 1 lagu kot untuk burpee saja sebab banyak kali stop wahahah :)). Nasib baik lepas burpee, sambung cardio... :P. Kalo tidak tergolek dog ler kat situk :))

8:50 am workout
1 hour BJ hiking: 2 reps done for today!

1st laps sorang2 ikut jungle track. Masa 1/2 way terserempak dengan sorang pacik regular akekeke. Akhirnya aku tau nama dia, nih Pakcik Hashim. Dia tetiba muncul dari jalan yg aku asyik lost tuh :-s. Huih! Ada jalan rupanya. Sebab dia nampak aku dah corner baring nak ikut jalan ke kanan, so dia tanya aku, nak kemana? aku jawap, nak ikut jalan nih naik atas lah. Dia kata, jalan kiri pun boleh, saya turun dari sinik. Erkkk... jadik selama nih aku xsesat la sebenarnya, cuma aku yg tak nampak jalan tuh kuang kuang kuang. Alahai Miza ohhhh Miza!

Last2 pacik tuh volunteer tunjuk jalan kiri tuh, aku cakap ok jerlah, mmg aku nak tahu lah jalan tuh so aku tak yah patah balik ikut jalan ke kanan sebab macam tak logik aku kena patah balik sekerat jalan semata2 sebab tak nampak jalan ke kiri tuh. Turn out jalan kiri lagik shortcut dari kanan. Sebab mmg tembus terus dengan mini tokong cina tuh, terus semerbak bau colok kena bakar. Chaih! Aperlah aku nih... lagik baper meter jer...

Aku dah tahu kenapa aku kompius jalan nih. Sebab bbrp meter sebelom tuh jalan denai so mmg leh nampak track. Sampai kat simpang yg aku lost, rupanya track xder dah, kena panjat batu. lepas tuh baru jumpa track ke mini tokong cina tuh.

2nd laps, aku ikut pacik Hashim, dia tunjuk jalan lagik 1, lebih kepada denai hutan, sampai nampak abeh pokok2 durian sumer2 wakakaka :)). Cuma xdak buah durian sajalah... bukan musim pun. Masa naik bukit ke dua nih [nih jalan lain, so kira 1st time aku naik ikut bukit nih - masih BJ hiking area jugak] siap terjumpak lipan bara, bukan kaler itam yg biasa kat umah nuh, nih kaler merah menyala.

Fuh! naik bulu roma idong ku akekeke.... nak snap gambo masa nih, aku dah malas nak bukak hnset dalam bag, last2 tunggu lipan bara tuh lalu, dia tgh carik semak nak masuk bawah2 timbunan daun2 kering-kering-basah tuh, sekali tak jumpa2. Asyik go-head-gostan jer :P... last2 baru dia menyusup masuk. Lepas tuh baru kami sambung naik atas balik. Besar giler korang, lilit tangan aku buat gelang pun leh dapat 1 setengah lilit wahahahah :))

Semalam hujan tau sebenarnya so aku mmg assume jalan track sumer basah2 lah. Rupanya tak selencun yg aku imagine. Tanah jadik sangat padat sebab dah bercampur dengan air kan. So tak derlah kering kontang tanah. Kalo pijak area tanah semata, tak der tergelincir mcm biasa, kasut cengkam tanah sebab tanah sudah padat basah2 dah tak kering sangat. tapi kalo hujan tak benti, padat dah tak jadik padat, dia jadik lecah, yg nih bahaya balik. Sama bahaya mcm tanah yg kering kontang. kaki [kasut] kita tak der grip kat bawah dah even kasut besh cemana pun, sebab tanah sudah longgar...

Aku kalo citer bab hiking sampai esok tak abeh... akekeke, ok2 aku stop sekarang :D

This week I'm going to step another notch. I'll be adding cardio daily for 6 days a week. Twice on cardio day(pagi & petang/morning & early evening). Plus a simple abs exercise during lower body workout.

My father in-law bought a barbell handle/pemegang long time ago and doesn't use it anymore so I'm thinking of using it for my lower body workouts, including abs. It's more easier and effective if the dumbbells are carried with a besi barbell but I think I would have to ask hubby to help me on some of the workout moves.

I've had enough of back aches from last week's workout! This week I have to be more careful on how I'll be putting down the dumbbells and picking it up.


Mon 29/3 (Cardio 15 mins & Upper Body WT) Done


Tue 30/3 (Cardio 1 & Cardio 2) Done
  • I lost 2.4cm on my waist within a week! From 89.2cm to 86.8cm. AWESOME! Looks like my daily cardio helps a LOT! Tom Venuto was right(ain't he always!). If you want to lose those fat fast, other than resistance training, you should do cardio around 30-45 minutes within 4-7 times a week.

Wed 31/3 (Cardio 15 mins & Lower Body WT) Done
  • Kecederaan orang gemuk. :P Having rashes between my thighs due to daily cardio. I need to buy more trainer pants. Reusing less of my gym pants over and over. Jaga hygiene wooii.
  • Lost another 0.3cm on my hips today. I don't know how it happened but it happened! Alhamdulillah. Now that I don't have penimbang berat or fat calipers I just love measuring myself right after I wake up.
  • These days, I do my cardios right after I wake up. No breakfast, nothing. Just water before running.
  • I wish I had a camera to take my before picture. I'll just share my photo's after I'm done with week 6 or 12.
  • I know this might sound crazy but I've reach to a point where I think my cardio isn't enough and wanting to run some more! Sabar... sabarrr.

  • Oh no! Herbalife products increase 3% again by 20th April 2010. Getting expensive each year.

This is simply amazzzing!! I've used to read Perez Hilton's gossip blog everyday once upon a time and remembered him as a very fat, one of THE most irritating papz evvver! But his news are so hot that I was quite an avid reader of his blog.

He posted a couple of pix of his recent birthday and then I realized how thin he looks now! I know he's been working out a couple years back(putting aside that this news is about 2 years too late) and it really did make him look awesome.

His secret? He works out 5 times a week and the great part that I envy is that he gets his 5 nutritious meals delivered to his doorstep. I wish I could hire someone to prepare my meals, count the appropriate calories I have to take everyday and send it to my front door too. :P

HERE he talks a bit about his workout routines and more pix of his chubby years. He does look different after he lost all that fat!

Cake pun sama, sorang suku makan so tinggal lagik 1/2 dalam plate tuh. Bazir tak bazir? Ishketambola. Milo oda pun xdapat abeh sebab dekat2 last tuh aku dah muak2 dah huhuhu, Ima relex jer :-s. Makhluk cheese sungguh!

Dia paksa aku minum pepsi dia [chaih!] sebab muka haku dah teruk sgt cam nak termuntah pun ada kat situ... +_+. Korang tahu Ima cakap aper masa soh aku minum pepsi nih? Dia kata: nah minum nih, minum sikit saja, berat hang tak pie mana aih! jangan risau, hujung bulan dok jugak kat 64kg tuh. Tak turun dah... paling dasyat pun naik 65kg balik wahahahah :))

Sungguh kurang sopan betol X( ggrrr. Cis! So dengan rela hati isap 2-3 kali semata2 nak hilangkan muak. Serious, ilang la kejap muak tuh, tapi kejap jerlah, pastu lidah kering balik :-s. Aku rasa kalo bukan pasal cheese erkk :-s, musti aku muak sebab milo+choc cake tuh. Mak aih... sampai balik umah, perot tidak sehat huhuh :-s. Tak suker nyer haku +_+

Lepas kuo pizza, melilau cari mineral water [naper xmintak dalam pizza tadih? xder ker? :-s]. Time dok cariklah tak jumpa2. Dah jumpa Ima cakap, jom balik, ayaq kat rumah free sajork... chaih! Last2 mmg heading home lah.

Wahahaha :)). Sekali ter-buat spartan la hariknik gara2 di tegur Sarah yg suker spartan... lagipun dah lama tak buat kan, so why not give myself a shoot today :D.

Paling last buat stay with 100 reps only. So kali nih aku try buat 200 reps. Made it yeahaaa!!! Push up still a killer. Thank God burpee tak der additional push up, kalo tidak aku tergolek jugak kat lantai tadih +_+.

Aku tak follow exactly recommended 300 spartan reps, so macam biasa aku mix my own normal workout routine - that's why I called it My Homemade Spartan Workout ahehehe :P - anyway, aku tak jotdown pulak aper aku buat tadih. So this is by far yg aku ingat aper yang aku buat lah. Maybe not in correct order, maybe ader yg aku tertinggal, but u guys can add your own routine and make ur own spartan workout ok bebeh :D. They key is: IMPROVISE!!!

Instruction: Do all workout in 20 reps

BTW, aku tak amik time tadih sebenarnya so by right aku tak sure berapa masa aku akan amik untuk finish each step in this 200 spartan workout tadih. But I do look my start time and my end time when I finish the whole workout. Actual 200 reps I've done is in 15 mins, additional 5 mins is separately count for my streaching and cool down breathing only [that's why I add up all and make it 20 mins workout of the day].

[4] push up - again? +_+ i'm 1/2 way dying rite now... -

Push up really makes me angry, I was like ggrrrhhhkkkhhh... mmmppphhmmmmm.... bunyik dah macam ryan bila nak makanan wahahahah :)). Push up saja buat aku berenti 2-3 kali tadih, aduhai... yg 2nd time tuh siap relexkan kaki kejap at walking dog post sebab tak tahan nak push up badan ke atas balik +_+.

The last triceps extension, leh feel peluh meleleh all over the body. And the last 10 seconds, punyalah lama rasanya... rasa susah nak push back balik dumbell tuh from the back of my shoulder huhuhu...

I shd tell you guys this... yesterday 2Xworkout is nothing compare to today 1Xworkout. Seems like the ultimate satisfaction after workout feeling goes to today spartan workout rather than yesterday hiking+interval workout. 2 times better my friends.. wuuuhhhuuuuuu!!!

100 workout home made: inspired by 300 workout Spartan

Ok, actually dok google around, tersangkut kat you tube which is show 300 routine workout from the film 300 yang Spartan tuh. Fuh, letih tengok... tengok sajer dah letih :-s. Last2 stop kat 1 video clip, most of the routine aku bese buat cuma xder lah buat direct 30 reps non-stop for all 10 routine. Dan tak semua routine aku leh buat.



So aper aku buat, aku add in and mix my own routine, ganti yang mana aku tak mampu buat + aku kurangkan step dari 30 reps ke 10 reps ke. Tak der ulangan. No repeatation circuit :P. Percubaan pertama, cukuplah 10 routine buat 10 kali each.

It's not much but I'm glad I done it :D. Here is what I've just did tonite. You can click on each workout title and it will bring it directly to the YouTube video which will show you how to do that particular workout.

I done it in a slow mode, I do take my time and I enjoy every bit of it. I hope you guys will feel the same way too ahehehe...

Dumbbell Biceps Curl: 10 [routine paling basic, nicely done in slow mode ok bebeh]



Lateral Raise Weight Lifting: 5 [ini mcm flying arms, letih wooo, huhuhu, tak tahan nak buat 10 kali so buat 5 ajer...]



Side Extension Triceps: 10 [5 left, 5 right] masa switch side, peluh start meleleh. Percik tuh idok le, leleh yer :P



Triceps Press Back: 10

8:30 am breakfast

2 spoons cereal Post Select: Great Raisin, Dates and Pecan

A small pour of low fat milk

Mmm, nampak mcm cereal mix all kan. Aku xtahu lah aper masalah kelmarin. Memula aku makan prunes asing 3 bijik nih. Pastu aku bukak peti ice dan amik cup yogurt yg kecik tuh dan taruk 2 spoons Post Select. Makan direct dari cup nih :P. 1/2 way makan, aku terasa nak taruk oat, so letak lah 3 spoons oat dalam cup nih. Sekali sebab 1/2 cup kan, so terlalu likat dan pekat dan sewaktu dengannya lah.

Last2 g dapor balik, bukak peti ice dan taruk sikit low fat milk [I'm guessing 100ml jer, ker 50ml jer kot, wallahualam, that's why aku taruh kat atas 'a small pour' ajer...] semata2 nak un-likat-kan bender2 dalam cup yogurt tadih [ader ker perkataan un-likat-kan wahahah :))]. At last, baru rasa tenang makan sampai abeh.

ps: kenapa lah aku susah2 makan dalam cup yg maha kecik tuh? Xker mudah ajer kalo aku letak dalam 1 bowl awal2, campur sumer2 sekali! Ini sampai kena ulang2 g dapor tambah itu ini di sebabkan kelikatan yg tak terancang :P. Masalah negara sungguh :))

9:50 am Workout
30 mins done BJ hiking for today!


Hiking yang paling tak puas hati dalam sejarah hiking [chewah] sebab buat 1 round ajer :(. Reason? errkk... aku nak terkucil wahahahah :)). Masa kuo umah xrasa nak kucil. Dah sampai baru rasa so aku shoot g toilet dulu, sekali toilet dah tutup :-s. Aku sampai pun dah dekat kul 10 kan. So derang dah tutup awal kot. Kat atas mmg dah tahu toilet tak berapa besh. So tak kan nak patah balik umah kot, ish! Sungguh tidak bagush!

So aku teruskan jugak hiking dalam keadaan paling tidak selesa dan tak besh, sampai atas, terus corner turun stairs track [naik ikut jungle track]. Sampai ajer bawah, terus g kete, terus vroom ke Giant muhahahha. Itu tempat yg paling dekat dengan BJ hiking track yang terlintas di benak pikiran untuk singgah :P. Haihhh...

Moral 1: lain kali, rasa ka, tak rasa ka, kucil ajer dulu di rumah :p.
Moral 2: jangan ler kuo hiking lewat2 sangat, toilet tutup dah dekat2 kul 10 am tuh. Noted!

Mmm, lagik 1/2 bowl g mana? Erkk, aku tuang masuk Mr. TS. Erk, can't help it :-s. Xkan nak masuk balik dalam periuk, kan ke kat bawah ader nasi aku. Lagipon, ini dah last kopek, dah xder saper nak makan malam2 nih waima esok pagik sekali pun. Budak2 sumer keje malam, esok pagik tak mungkin derang bukak periuk pagik2 nak makan tomyam yg tinggal suku periuk tuh. Lauk pun dah xder, tinggal bbrp 'sampah sarap' ajer :P. So Mr. TS it is :D

Aku rasa makan tomyam berat sangat, so aku decide buat lagik 1 workout due to my 'berat' feeling :p. Purposely wait at least 2 hrs before do this workout. Kan baru lepas makan tomyam dekat2 kul 7pm tadih. Tak pasal2 terus workout, abeh kuo sumer isi perot :P. Even lepas workout pun ader rasa macam nak kuo lari 1 block :-s, masalah aku nih hahahaha...

We have safely arrived back in Canada after a relaxing jaunt to Jamaica. I am happy to be home, but swamped with tons of emails, laundry, and more packing to do. Why more packing? That's because my husband and I leave tomorrow for ten days in England. Very little turn around for me and my healing bug bites. Ouch! This jaunt across the Atlantic certainly does not involve anymore relaxation time.

Day 32 without Sundae Cornetto Choc

Atas sebab2 yg tidak dapat di elakkan, hiking tak jadik so aku ganti dengan interval workout. Kalo ikut instructor [dalam logbook :P] kena buat 2 reps so aku ader masa leh rehat kat tengah2 at least 2 minutes. Disebabkan haku malas nak buat 2 resp so haku bedal each step 5 mins, stop 20-30 secs between each other then move on to the next step sampai lah habis 8 step sumer2.

So my advice, saper2 yg rasa gigih ler kan cam Hulk tak berapa nak Hogan :P, leh ler ikut cara haku [perasan], sebab aku xmo ader masa stop banyak sangat in between. Anyway, for beginners, leh follow the book. Buat 2 reps yer anak2. Each step buat 2 mins, then repeat 2 kali. Kalo rasa nak gagah perkasa lagik, leh buat 3 kali.

So below is my way bebeh:

Rest interval: 20-30 secs
Workout interval: 5 mins
Circuit frequency: 1 time deal only :D

If you want to follow book way :P:

Rest interval: 10 secs
Workout interval: 20 secs
Circuit frequency: 2 reps. In between rest 2 minutes. If larat, go to 3 reps.

Korang tak caya korang try buat! 5 minit tuh lama woooo, aduhaiii... mmg la alternate touch both toe tapi tangan sentiasa depang tuh mmg pressure giler situ huhuhu... rasa terbakar urat2 saraf :P. Abeh nak sangat buat 5 mins, dapat lah 'ubat'... :))

Wahahahhaha :))... to be frank, aku pun rasa berat haku akan maintain, inches maybe tak kurang or worse gained weight, bukan sebab melampau2 tak jaga makan [aku ader overeat ker? ader lah sehari dua tapi bukan harik2 ;p], tp sebab gained muscle from my workout.

Makan cheat pun ader jugak tapi rasanya badan haku mcm dah over-lali asyik hiking almost harik2 dalam seminggu, hahaha... oh yer, fit maksud dier bukan badan haku fit+slim+kecik molek tuh, jaoh lagik nak sampai tahap slim melim tuh :P, tapi maksud dier fit dari segi mengah tak mengah panjat bukit tuh... :P

Anyway, calling for all hikers, saper2 nak naik BJ esok jumpa kat bawah 8.30 am, or janji Melayu 8.45 am. Kalo xder aku gerak dulu, muahahahaa.... :))

Hubby told me that I should buy a body fat calipers instead of a weighing machine. Oh nooo....! But he has a point. What is really important is the amount diminished fat inside my body. But then again for me having a scale and seeing my weight drop really motivates me comparing on using the calipers. Usually the success of a person in losing weight is judged by their weight loss. Of course if I see myself 50kgs, Syukur... happy and would not bother AT ALL clipping the amount of fat on my stomach. Ha!

Also you have to be careful on not buying any fake body fat calipers out there. So be careful! Here's how to use a Body Fat Caliper.



Here are some prices I've found in Ebay. If you guys found cheaper prices for this item please tell me :)

P/S: I still prefer weighing machine. :P

As per mention above dalam menu, ini yg aku makan sebelom panjat bukit. beli di Giant. Harga 1 box is RM11.90. Ada 6 packet kecik kat dalam so 1 jatuh RM1.98 or senang citer almost RM2 la kan.

Hiking story

Ops, hariknik seharian tak minum teamix. Lupakah? :-s. but anyway... Clap! Clap! Another succesfully day without ice cream. I made it! 30 days without Sundae Cornetto Choc... wow... never thought that!

Harinik another victory of hiking days. 2 reps! Again! Muhahaha... kali nih xikut stairs tracking. Sudah jemu dan sudah tercabar dengan BM jungle track yg lepas. Aku beranikan dirik hariknik untuk ikut balik BJ jungle track walaupun aku ada bad history suka meng-lost-kan diri [kes xnampak track dalam hutan] :-s tapi kalo xcuba sampai bila2 pun aku xfamiliar dengan track hutan dia... Mmm, mari berani mencoba bebeh!

So 8.30am dengan semangat waja, memula siap nak buat 3 round tuh wahahaha, sbb last trip BJ hiking pun buat 2 reps dah tapi stairs track arrr. Sehari lepas tuh berjaya pulak trip to BM jungle track. So aku budget maybe hariknik leh buat 3 kot. Cuma xassume berapa lama masa aku akan amik. Adakah sama mcm aku dok training ikut tangga? Lagik cepat? Or lagik lambat? :-s

Awal2 buah mula tuh dah sangkut keh keh keh. Bukan aku yg sangkut, track tuh yg sangkut. Rupanya maybe hujan ka kilat ka, ada 1 pokok sudah tumbang lah. Abeh tutup 1 jalan track tuh. Aku dah lah sorang2. Cuak sat! mana satu track nak follow nih. Dok ushar2 belah depan, dok scan track sebenarnya... last2 rasa mcm leh nampak kelibat track selepas pokok yg jatuh tuh so tawakal Bismillah dan maju ke depan. Ku randuk jugak pokok yang terlentang atas track. Gasak! Lanyak!

Tak sampai bbrp meter ke atas, ada sorang nyonya turun, chaih! memalukan haku jer, nyonya tuh lagik awai darik haku :-s. memula senyum, pastu tegor2, aku ckp psl pokok tumbang tuh, dia memula mcm blur sebab dia rasa mcm xdak pokok tumbang pun tadih [dari air muka dia lah] so adakah pokok tuh baru tumbang tadih? Mmm, macam2 lahhh... aku cakap, tak ramai kan, ikut jalan nih. Nyonya tuh jawap, itu la pasai, dia olang arrr suka ikut tangga, tapi sinik lagik best. Pastu aku pun senyum2. Setuju, jalan hutan lagik besh darik tangga. 10 markah untuk kumpulan DO! Muhahahah :))

Aku dah kata, walau tawakal, sesat jugak keh keh keh, aduhaiii... tempat yg sama aku lost hariktuh, kali nih aku sampai jugak kat situ. So mcm biasa aku ke kanan dan jumpa jalan lain. Yg aku kompius kenapa aku xdapat track yg terus ke atas? Kenapa aku mcm ter-kekiri dan lost? Sepatutnya aku patut ikut track kanan la kan. Masalah nya tak jumpa pun track kanan tuh huhuhu... buta kah haku?

Then baru perasan jugak track tadih track lain dari hariktuh. Sah! Aku follow track mana lah pulak hariknik :-s. banyak sungguh track. Aku dengar suara orang belah kanan aku so aku dah kompius betol ke track aku nih sbb aku sorang jer ader kat track tuh. Sayup2 aku nampak orang lain tgh panjat tapi mcm kat sebelah hutan belah kanan dan aku tak nampak jalan lain nak ke belah sana.

Macam terpusing2 jugak 2-3 tapak aku kat situ. Last2 ALLAH nak tolong, sorang aunty tgh panjat dan ikut track haku tadih, tapi dia mai dari kanan, aku dari kiri. Aku cakap, boleh i follow u? Dia kata, bolehhhh...!!! Aku pun dengan sukahati nya soh dia lead! Dia tanya 1st time ikut jungle track kah? Aku jawap nih kali ke 2 alone. 1st time ikut kawan. 2nd time sorang dan sesat. lepas tuh dok follow stairs track saja, hariknik nak try balik jungle track. Pastu dia kata, kalo 1st timer dan xfamiliar dengan jungle track mmg akan kompius sket. Betol aunty, aunty, u sangat betol :P.

Inspiring betol ikut aunty nih, gaya2 Din dan Latip pun ada - minus step pecut, maksud aku, dia tak benti pun, tapi very slow n steady, very terus tak der stop2 amik hangin. Dengan haku2 gigih mengekor dari belakang, so mmg fun lah. Masa nak dekat2 sampai atas, ader regular pacik sedang turun lead budak2 pompuan mana ntah, tegor aunty nih. 2nd round arrr... ya salam! aunty tuh dah 2x kah? Tercabar patik hahaha :)). Jgn risau aunty, nanti i pun nak buat 2x, keh keh keh!

Dah reach top, aku pun ucap terima kasih, sebab menolong lead jalan tadih, aku pun turun balik ikut tangga. Kali nih dah jadik habit, turun musti bawak turun sekali tong minyak masak yg kosong tuh supaya pacik2 regular lain leh bawak naik bekas yg berisi air hehehe. Jadiklah! Xdapat tolong bawak naik bekas air, aku tolong bawak turun bekas kosong. Bersama beramal :D.

Masa lalu tepi open gym, lagi sorang pacik regular nampak haku. Dia tegor, haih! nak turun dah? Aku cakap, nak naik balik satg. Pastu dia angguk2, cakap ok2! Hahehehe... Dah sampai bawah, letak botol2 kosong kat tempat dia, then g toilet, padahal xbenti minum air pun tadih, cemana leh rasa nak membuang? Then aku dah ready2 nak panjat untuk kali ke 2.

Memandangkan confident dah ada, kompom xsesat dah sebab baru tadih kan naik, so masih ingat jalan lagik, aku decide untuk naik jugak ikut jungle track. Bio turun dengan stairs xper. Nak naik kasik ader thrill sket :D. So aku pakai jugak jungle track untuk 2nd round. Made it to the top... again! Yippiee!!!

Lagik sekali turun, botol2 kosong makin banyak. Uncle Cina yg tukang masak teh tuh siap tolong ikat bbrp bijik botol minyak masak yg kosong buat aku bawak turun bawah. Ade dekat 10 botol [ker lebih?] tadih +_+. Nasib baek ringan wahahha... cuma aku macam mengganggu orang turun naik arrr sbb tangga kan ramai orang dok guna naik turun. Bila aku lalu, mmg kena kasik jalan sbb aku tak turun 'sorang'. Aku turun bersama 'segerombolan tong2 kosong'. So sangat2 bising dan attract sumer yg ikut tangga tuh hahaha :)). Sah jadik tumpuan! Dah ler haku turun agak menonong laju, kes tak der break, so orang lain semua terpaksa ke tepi.

Oh yer btw, beg kali nih aku tambah isi, kasik berat! hariktuh masa naik BM, Latip leh gigih bawak bekas/tabung syiling [giler kah Latip? akekekeke!] dan 2 x mineral water 1.5L masa panjat so aku pun gigih nak training bawak barang berat. Hariktuh g BM aku cuma bawak 1.5L mineral + pisang erkk, yg tak berapa bijik tuh. So hariknik, aku siap2 isi 2 botol air. 1.5L + 2L untuk bekalan training with weight untuk naik turun. Masa 2nd round rasanya aku dah minum 500ml kot, so turun hanya tinggal 3L jer beban di belakang badan, dah ringan sket. Tuh pasai turun laju menonong kot hahahah :))

Ok, sambung balik citer pasal turun with botol2 kosong. 1st trial turun, aku balance bawak turun botol 4 bijik kiri kanan, so sumer 8 bijik arrr plus tak terasa apa sangat, sbb badan balance pegang botol. Kali nih sbb uncle tuh g ikat 1 whole bunch banyak2, aku terpaksa pegang 1 tangan jer, so mcm tak balance, dan aku agak terhoyong hayang masa turun. Lain kali nak pesan kat uncle tuh, uncle tolong buat 2 ikat, i mau turun balance maaaa... muhahahha... demand pulak haku. nak turun, turun jerlah... :p, siap nak mintak 2 ikat pulak keh keh keh!

Jadik panjat 3 kali? Erkk.. xjadik kot hariknik. Kita try esok lusa pulak yer ahehehe... Aku suka time aku sekarang. makin cepat time naik berbanding dulu. breathing pun improve. benti2 amik hangin pun makin kurang. oh yer, tips sket darik chip yazid, which is dia dapat tips nih darik pak long [ader sorang lagik regular pakcik tai chi kat atas aheheh], kalo nak hiking, breathing tuh penting. Masa hike, make sure jgn bernafas ikut mulut. tutup mulut tuh. sedut ikut idong, kuo pun ikut idong. slow2, xyah rush. xyah lari2. nih aku cakap pasal naik tau, masa turun sukatilah nak lari ke, nak slow mo ker, ikut kemampuan masing2 ahehehe.

Sebenarnya masa nak turun pun kalo boleh xyah lah lari2, ingat kanak2 ribena ker? Tapi kalo dah pattern laju xdapek den nak nolong ehhh, boleh ajer nak laju. Bukan apa, jaga kaki dan jaga lutut sama. Satg dok laju2 terpeleot, terus rushak kaki, abeh dahh, xleh panjat bukit. Siapa yang susah? Mereka dah keluarga mereka? Akekeke... oleh itu, jagalah kaki anda dan patuhi lah langkah2 keselamatan di dalam hutan.

Losing Weight by Running

David has lost over 160 pounds in under one year. He used to weight 360 and now weighs just under 200.

He did this by changing his eating habits and by starting a running program. He's training for his first marathon. A year ago he couldn't run 18 yards, last week he ran 18 miles.

  • OMG!!! My sweat from exercising today was ferocious!!! It could fill a small bucket. Too much info for you guys? haha :P
  • At last I'm going to buy myself a weighing machine this month. What took me so long? I don't know. Putting aside the body fat calipers aside first lah.
  • My menu for this week until I get another set of F1 HL are from Body For Life Menu's. I miss taking Herbalife(ceh, baru 2 minggu bah... minta puji betul). I only take F3 after workout. Sedap jg lah. Mixed it with soy milk.

25/3 Thu (Cardio) Done

26/3 Fri ( Cardio & Lower Body WT ) Done
  • I'm indeed desperate to lose all the fatties in my body so I'll be doing cardio 6 days a week starting today. I'll run twice day and evening on Cardio day. SEMANGAAAAT!!!!
  • I'm going to do abs training next week during my lower body workout. Man, Tom Venuto does 15 mins of abs training only 2/3 times per week. Eeeeek! Salute to him!!!!

  • I realized that my stomach has shrunk a bit today but the thing is, I didn't take any measurement. I'll do it tomorrow Lah :)

Aku berasa sangat bangga [chaih!] sbb berjaya halang diri darik masuk McD. Padahal kat sebelah jer. JJ Fudkot mmg terletak betol2 sbelah McD, kalo aku nak tadih, mmg senang2 ajer aku leh shoot lepas makan... tapau sundae yg lazat lemak berkrim tuh muhahahha. nasib baik gigih iman di dada. Selamat 1 hari lagik. Let's make it to 30 days ok!

The Jamaican Experience

We're a few days into vacation now. I'm so excited because my swimming times are improving so much over here in Jamaica. Swimming the ocean is so great for a challenging workout. Robert & I are still keeping up with our training in the outdoor gym. I'm also still running the beach most days. My mom and I are taking nice long walks, too. For the sake of variety, sengaja tukar ayam kepada telur so xder lah snap picture yg sama 2 hari berturut2 :p chaih!

Hariknik seperti yg di rancang berjaya panjat Bukit Mertajam exactly 45 mins. Oklah tuh for beginners macam haku ehem2. Nih pun bukan betol2 puncak nih. Nih kat 1st checkpoint, tmpt tea break budak2 laki nih cakap. Aku tak nampak plak ada orang jaga air atau buat teh. Sdn bhd kot.

Nih baru terasa jungle tracking nyer sebab selama g Penang Hill or Bukit Jambul, asyik naik track tangga jer, feel dier lain dengan naik jungle track, tahap kecerunan dan thrill berliku track tuh yg membezakan nya eceh2. Ckp psl geografi la pulak :)).

G dengan kete haku, dari sinik 3 orang jer: aku, Din dengan Latip. Memula nak naik kete Latip. Pastu igtkan ramai, so naek ketelah haku konon, sekali 2 worang ajer termasuk haku jadik 3 so tak perlah, go with Plan B ajerlah, lagipun boleh aku ingat2 jalan kalo mai sorang nanti [konon]...

Aku suka track dier jenis batu2 dan track semulajadi unlike track Bukit Jambul yg kompom tangga semata [kalo nk leh ikut 1st track yg budak2 laki tunjuk hariktuh, tp haku kan kantoi sesat ikut jalan tuh dan jarang orang ramai guna track tuh so, agak takut arrr nak pilih track tuh kalo naek Bukit Jambul] menyebabkan haku jatuh chenta dengan track Bukit Mertajam [BM].

Mmg betol pun track dier jenis naekkkkkkkkkkkkkkk then turunnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn, then naekkkkkkkkkkkkkkk, then turunnnnnnnnnnnnn. Sampai 1 tahap, mmg mencanak naik dan naik dan naik sajalah lepas tuh. Masa tuh masing2 dah diam tak bersembang ahehehe.

Hikers2 pecut seperti yg sedia maklum: Din, Latip, Suhadee [akhirnya aku tau nama dia] dan sorang hikers baru Pak Nan [bagi aku baru lah padahal dia dah lama joint group nih cuma aku baru nampak 1st time harinik] mmg memecut sejak awal2 lagik, hampeh betol derang nih.

Memula aku ikut belakang Mie. Pak Nan belakang haku, Yazid belakang sekali [chip selalu last, nak observed yg lembab2 dan beginners mcm haku supaya tak tinggal jauh sgt dengan hikers pecut yg kat depan akekeek]. Yg 3 orang pemecut tuh mmg dah hilang jejak dah, tak nampak batang idong dah masa suku track.

Kat 1 tempat, aku stop jap, so Pak Nan potong haku, cis! Sampai kat 1 kawasan landai sikit, Mie dah stop amik hangin, so aku pun amik kesempatan stop jugak wahahaha. Sementara tggu Yazid sampai, kami dengan sukati amik hangin lebey lama kat situ wahahaha. Bila Yazid sampai, aku pulak lead. So mmg tinggai 3 orang kami saja lah nih. 4 orang dah hilang ke depan. Depa mmg nak set time, so biarkannn...

Ada bbrp siri berenti tapi tak la rasa penat dan semput sgt sebab udara mmg sejuk jer, plus denai bersih giler, leh nampak bekas di sapu orang so nak sesat mmg tak der dalam kamus la. Anyway, haku mmg raja sesat hutan sket ahehehe. Bila aku lead, aku cepat lost. 2-3 kali bila aku sampai 1 junction, aku mcm nampak 2 jalan, so aku musti kompius nak amik jalan mana. Musti kalih belakang cari Yazid, tggu dia bagi signal, jalan mana patut aku amik before proceed. Memalukan betoi. Sesat jalan raya tak pa lagik, ada signbord leh bagitau nak corner patah balik cemana. Sesat dalam utan, phewwww... makan tak abeh! +_+

Sampai atas lebey kurang kul 10 pagik so aku start 9 suku tadih, means 45 minit arrr. ok lah tuh kan :D. Masa lepak atas ada sekor monyet datang dengan rakusnyer curik beg plastik makanan Din. Ada masalodeh dalam tuh, licin di kebasnyer wahahahaha :)). Din hulur kulit pisang, cerdik monyet tuh, dia kasik Din balik wakakaka :P. Pastu Din mintak sebijik kat haku, nak kasik monyet. besh giler tgk monyet tuh kupas pisang, mcm cute ajer keh keh keh.

Dah abeh masa bermesra bersama monyet, kami pun dah siap2 packing balik nak turun. Masa nih aku memecut turun dengan Din dan Suhadee. Naek semput, turun pandai pulak laju. Sebenarnya tak dak niat pun nak memecut tapi cemana ntah, bila track ke bawah dan mencuram, kalo turun pelan2 mmg azab kaki :-s, sbb kita jadik xsure nak pijak kat mana. Lambat2 buat kita jadik hesitate so kalo laju accidently kita alert pijak batu, pijak track dan shoot turun. Din cakap, aku dah ader hangin! :P. So mmg laju jugak lah mencanak turun tadih. Dalam xmo laju awal2 tadih, sekali sampai kat bawah dulu dengan Suhadee wahahaha :))

Derang nampak mcm nak berendam dan mandi kat bawah tapi maybe segan sebab aku sorang wanita ayu ada kat situ, so acara mandi manda terpaksa di batalkan secara senyum2 simpul dan lirikan mata saja aheheh :p, kesian derang. Dalam kul 11:30 am kami semua dah gerak balik. Aku sampai umah pun dalam kul ermm, 12:30 pm kot. Xsure... yerlah kot...

Oh ya! Masa hantar budak2 nih balik ke Jabil Plant 2, leh terserempak dengan Kak Mizan, antara geng hiking pompuan haku selain Lin. Dia tgh berjalan ke kete, nak kuo lunch lah tuh. Dah kul 12 lebih dah masa nih. Latip dengan Din kalut2 nak kuo kete dan soh haku parking jaoh. Derang xmo terserempak dengan Kak Mizan. Aku cam pelik sket budak2 Jabil sbb Kak Mizan nih kira mcm agak di geruni lah. Ima dengan Ani pun bila dengaq aku nak g hiking dengan Kak Mizan, depa tetiba ubah topik, keje lah, ot lah, ada hal la, kompius haku. Budak2 laki nih pun sama... adakah Kak Mizan sangat menakutkan di tempat kerja? Wahahahah!!!

Masa aku kat Jabil dulu, aku tak dok bawah Kak Mizan so aku xtahu nak rasa seram dan takut cemana, budak2 debug dan test tech [kot] yg dok bawah dia tahulah kot, cemana perasaan 'gerun' tuh... anyway, aku xleh imagine sebab bagi aku Kak Mizan ok jer dengan haku. maybe kalo aku keje bawah Kak Mizan, baru aku leh ada feel 'gerun' tuh :P.

Masa derang turun, aku bukak tingkap tego Kak Mizan, dia tanya, darik mana nih? Aku jawap, hiking Bukit Mertajam kak! Dia senyum pastu jawap, cayalahhh!!!

I forgot to mention that I've been cleaning out my closet for the past two weeks. I'm giving in space for smaller clothes YAY! I should have been shopping for new clothes ages ago but I feel comfy in them. Until suddenly it just slapped me... It's 2010, my birthday is this week, I'm still in my FAT clothes and I need to pamper myself on my 31 birthday!

My past baju kurungs are just too big for me. I would like to keep it for my next pregnancy whenever that is but I could just buy a more fashionable preggy clothes. So, done. I've given ALL of my OVERSIZED baju kurung to Makcik M without regret but at least I thought twice about it lol. I've already bought a smaller cut kurung and felt great and super confident when I attended a function at Sime Darby Convention Centre over the weekend.

Next is buying smaller clothes for jalan2!

Boleh plak tak makan ice cream nak dekat sebulan ahehehe. Lagik 3-4 hari cukup sebulan, xder pulak rasa tingin nak makan. Kalo time tingin tuh, dalam seminggu 2 kali pun leh telan >:). Teruk teruk teruk...

Bukit Jambul Hiking trip ke ermm... ntah! dah tak kira... :P

Oh yer, hariknik aku g hiking ahehehe. Setelah cobaan kelmarin gagal disebabkan keletihan yg maha dasat :-s, so hariknik hari menebus kekuciwaanku :P. Siap buat 2 round lagik. Tapi still xleh beat 2-3 veteran yg buat > 2 round tadih huhuhu :-s. Kudos pacik2 yg gagah perkasa dan gigih naik turun bawak air untuk bekalan di atas. Aku takat mampu bawak turun botol kosong ajer, jadiklah...

Terserempak dengan budak2 laki yg 1st time tunjuk jalan aku naik atas. kali nih derang be3 jer. Masa derang sampai atas, Latip tgh duduk sampai msg2 dgn marka dier kot ahehehe. Yazid dengan Hasmey [budak... erk, bapak budak sebenarnya, baru 1st time joint naik bukit] sedang ikut sorang pacik tai chi kat hujung bukit :P.

Aku tegor Latip masa nak turun sbb xsure mula2 tuh betol ke derang. Masa Latip kalih, so betol lah budak2 be3 orang yg di kenali, means aku xsalah orang arrr ahehehe. Latip tanya aku baru sampai ker? Aku jawap arrr... baru sampai. Sebab dah set nak naik 2 kali so aku cepat2 bye2 Latip dan turun bawah.

On the way nak naik, lagik bbrp anak tangga nak sampai atas bukit, derang dah start turun dah so kira terserempak kali ke 2 lah nih. Cuma tadih Yazid dengan Hasmey tak nampak aku sebab 2-2 kan bz tai chi :P. Setelah bermesraan dan berbalas senyuman [eceh ceh] aku pun sambung naik, derang pun sambung turun.

Dejavu!

Ader 1 kejadian aneh dan dejavu tadih huhuh :-s. Serious, masa aku naik 1st round, aku mmg ternampak 1 couple Indian turun. So by the time, aku turun sebelom naik round 2, aku terserempak lagik dengan couple yg sama kat tempat yg sama. Aku tunjuk jari no 2. maksud aku kat sinik, dah naik 2x ker? Masa nih xkuo sora. Masing2 lelah agak nyer. Aku lelah turun bukit. Derang lelah naik bukit. Kot? Dan laki India tuh angguk. Pastu aku tunjuk sign besh!

So bila aku naik kali ke2, aku terserempak balik dengan budak India nih. Kali nih pompuan ajer, yg laki nyer dah sampai atas agaknyer. Aku cakap, jom2, jom naik sama2, kasik dapat 2 round sama2. Budak India pompuan tuh blur2, cakap nih baru 1st time dier naik. Pastu aku pulak kompius. Aku cakap, betol u baru naik 1 kali? I rasa u dah naik 2kali. Dia geleng kepala, no no, this is my 1st time.

Huhuhu :-s, tetiba naik bulu roma ku. Abeh tadih aku nampak saper? waciwawawaaa... :((. Dah ler terserempak tempat yg sama naik-turun. betol2 dejavu nih. Gulp! menakutkan... :-s. Abeh apasal masa aku tunjuk sign jari no 2 tadih, budak laki India tuh hangguk huhuhu... ker dia igt sign no 2 tuh = 2 worang. Alahai... ok, xmo pikir dah +_+. Gerun sampai sekarang!

Dah turun bawah [done round 2], budak2 laki macam biasa tak balik2 lagik. Tadih idop udara segar atas bukit. Sekarang sedut udara segar darik rokok Malboro. Chaih! Hampeh budak2 nih. Masa kat sinik, Hasmey tego aku. Dia antara orang yg paling lama tak jumpa aku la. Since aku kuo dari Jabil 4 tahun lepas, sampai sekarang, nih kira 1st accidently re-union kami lah kekononnyer...

Hasmey: Miza, hang makan apa sampai jadik lagu ni nih?
Aku: Aku makan nasik! Wahahahah :))

Yazid tanya esok aku cuti lagik kah? Aku jawap, ya, aku cuti. Dia ajak panjat Bukit Mertajam, area seberang nih. Since aku pun mmg xder aper plan esok, so aku setuju nak ikut. Malam nih dia msg and/or call kot. Plz la msg, kalo call, mati aku tak angkat +_+. Track Bukit Mertajam lebey kepada jungle track [Yazid la kata]. Aku tanya, mcm Kerachut ka? Dia cakap, tak jugak, bukan sampai atas, tapi kira macam naikkkkkk, turunnnnnn, naikkkkkkk, turunnnnnn, macam main lereng bukit arrr. Nak naik atas tak berani sebab dah banyak binatang liar.

Hariktuh derang naik, tetiba 'pacik King' muncul depan mata. Terus tersangkut stop! terus lari patah balik. tapi derang sampai atas jugak, ikut jalan raya, ahehehe. Xbesh hiking jalan raya, Xder thrill! >:). Saper yg biasa hiking, akan paham maksud haku nih aheheheh!

ps: Kerachut! Hiking yg kami ikut Taman Negara Penang dulu tuh. G dengan genge budak Jabil jugak. Geng2 jabil nih berjiwa flora dan fauna sket wahahha, suka bender2 adventure. Aku pernah citer psl nih kat personal blog. Leh bacer kat sinik!

Mmm, korang kena baca darik bawah ke atas, sebab tercampur dengan Hiking Monkey Beach kat situ. Wow! Masa tuh aku 77-ish! tembam nyer haku wahahahha... Kali nih even 65-ish, aku still rasa tembam wahahahha :)). Manusia kan, xpenah puas! :D

Aper ader dengan isi troli?

Ok, yg nih copy from my email to Dieha. Nih konon tips di supermarket arrr. nak kata tips pun xder lah jugak, lebih kepada apa yg aku nampak masa pilih barang di Giant tadih. We are what we eat. Ader 2-3 email aku dengan Dieha banyak kali sentuh psl orang di supermarket, aper ader dalam troli derang. Apa makanan yg derang pilih untuk famili. Dan troli derang mmg mencerminkan 'body' derang arrr... erk... korang paham kan maksud aku?

Kalo kita start pilih good choices of food untuk kita dan famili, itulah yang akan bentuk badan kita dari kecik sampai besar, untuk anak2 dan kita sendirik. Yg bahagian makanan basah, tak kira lah kan. yg bahagian makanan kering. Se-healthy mana kita choose akan determine se-isi rupa looks like what... adakah kita jenis beli junk food semata? Air gas berbotol2. Choclate bar 2-3 papan. Keropok? Sweets, gula2 dan sewaktu dengannya. Atau kita pilih untuk idop sehat dan pilih barang makanan mcm aunty kat bawah nih... Bukan nak kata tak leh nak makan bender2 tuh, tapi how much dan sekerap mana kita makan, kita kena control.

Aku sendiri pun leh terlajak, kita semua manusia kan, tapi kita ader akal untuk control makanan aper yg nak masuk rumah dan perot kita. So think wise! Choose wise. Sekali 2 nak cheat, not a problem, tapi kalo harik2 cheat, erkk... jangan risau2kan hati dok pikir, kenapa aku tak kurus2 nih... >:). bak kata Nabil.. erkk.. korang tau kan Nabil cakap aper :D.

So nasihat haku, kalo nak ajar anak2 menikmati idop, still leh makan choc, beli lah granola bar. Still nak makan keropok, carilah lurve; sekadar menyebut bbrp contoh. pilihan ader banyak, yg baik ader, yg tak baik pun ader..., kena berani pilih ajer. Kita nak kita sehat, loose weight, daripada kita loose sorang2, baik loose 1 umah kan. Aku pun dok try ajak Anand dan Nana Tona nih. At least Kanis dah start makan shakes, tapi on-off arrr... Nana dah start suka oats. Anand jer, liat degil. Bawak balik IKO, tak bersentuh pun. Kena try bawak balik granola bar nih pulak nih.

Mak aih! melampau cerita hariknik wahahaha :)). kalo korang rajin, dah baca sampai sinik, sila tepuk tangan sendiri. kalo xsampai sinik, means sambung bacer esok lah tuh, tepuk tangan esok sebab still abeh baca jugak walaupun 2 hari hahahahha...

Ok, sebelom tutup cerita malam nih. Tadih sebelom nak balik, aku terasa nak snap gambo nih :P. Dulu abah cakap kete haku mcm lori sayur, sbb barang2 mcm2 dalam kete. Aku musti nak marah. Sbb aku rasa kete haku dah bersih dah [perasan!]. Dieha pernah tegor kete haku jugak dulu :-s.

Dia tanya, kete ko mmg selalu penuh barang2 mcm nih ker? Masa tuh aku g KL, bawak barang untuk Kanis + nak amik barang from Dieha jugak so area belakang mmg terbukak luas dan ader byk kotak. Tuh psl yg nampak semak [alasan logik nih]... hahahah :)).

Sekarang, kalo abah cakap kete haku mcm lori sayur, erkk... xmarah dah kot. Sebab dah sampai tahap alas2 paper kat tempat duduk wahahah :)).

Kan hobi hiking makin menjadi2 so tak mungkin lah aku dok bawah bukit tunggu badan kering baru drive kan, mmg tggu kejap jer, kasik ilang penat, dah nak drive balik lah. last2 terpikir nak jaga seat kete, tuh yg letak paper nih. kalo tidak lencun lah seat haku dengan peluh yg masam tuh :P. Pacik lori sayur ader letak paper ke? Xder rasanyer :P. Derang main belasah naik jer :)). So kira aku lagik bagus darik pacik sayur? Aheheheh... >:)
