8:30 am breakfast
Cappu shakes: 2F1+2F3+250ml plain water+1 banana

In between
500ml teamix
1.5L plain water

10:30 am snack
2 pcs idli + 1 pc apom telur

4:00 pm late lunch
1/2 plate bihun goreng
1/2 plate nasi goreng
1 fried egg
1 cup jagung rebus

sayur tak berapa ader dalam bihun dan nasi goreng [makan petang, what do i expect, derang masak belasah nih - aku pun layan]. so cari alternative fiber lain... jagung it is! :D
