3 ari berturut2 mkn birchermuesli.. hahahah :))
time2 period ni aku ade 1 masalah. masalah MALAS MAKAN! mmg selera aku merundum time period. org lain cravings bese naik kan time period. ikut org la kot. so ini lah cara aku tangani. mkn mknn yg lembik2, soggy2, tp hi in fibre (berat), senang aku nak telan. mlm tu takpe la mkn nasik. itupon portion pon tak mcm masa aku tgh puasa. kembali sket kan? :))
tgk la nnt, bila dah boleh pose, adakah portion akan byk semula atau same saje?
arini, pika picit ubat gigi. actually ari2 die picit ubat gigi, cume arini extreme sket.. sbb abih berlumuran atas lantai, kat dinding, kat carpet.. even rambut pika pon ade jugak. sib baik tak lumur kat bdn ryan skali. hahaha. so disbbkan org tgh puasa seme surrender tamo bersihkan, aku la yg kene (sbb tak pose punye pasal?). sib baik dah Day 3 period, larat la jgk. kalo soh aku cuci time Day 1 atau Day 2, aku pon tak larat. hahaha. tertonggeng2 lame jgk aku nak ilangkan ubat gigi kat lantai dan dinding tu. pestu basuh tmpt lap kaki kat tandas, ade kene sket ubat gigi. tp sbb kotor aku bersih trus la. EUW sgt. ade bende itam melekat. apebende tah. esok nak kene soh kak linda bersihkan lg... sbb ade lg kekotoron yg degil melekat kat rug tuh.
dah selesai tu, 'lampu ultraman' aku, mule la nak lip lap. tu yg aku turun mkn roti tu. ehehe. :P
