- 2 slices of murtabak (thats a small plate btw)
- drizzle with kuah acar
- 3 pcs of kurma
1/4 tspn of teamix + 1/2 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 250 warm water
500 ml H²0 (warm)

BERBUKA: AT HOME
@ 7.28 pm
- 3 pcs of kurma
- a few slices of papaya (actually ari2 mkn papaya tp lupe nak masuk dlm menu)
- 2" of Italian BMT Subway (all veggie + sauces)
- 5 short fries
- 1/3 plate of salad (add on)
- 1 pc of oatmeal breaded fish
- 4 small pcs of Uncle Bob's Chicken (sedap!)
- 1 small slice of grill lamb
- 1 pc of kuih kuci
Mangosteen Juice
250 ml H²0 (warm)

AFTER TERAWIKH
@ 10.00 pm
- 1 pc of kuih koci
- 2 small pcs of Uncle Bob's Chicken
1/4 tspn of teamix + 1/2 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 250 warm water

Day 68: Psyllium Husk

leher masih sakit. uhuk. tp boleh la nak toleh lebih sket. stakat ni masih rajin pg solat terawikh.. walau pon bdn/leher tgh sakit. :P

puasa tade rase ape pon. mcm ari bese je. siap leh suap budak mkn, tade terliur pon. tp bebudak suke benar offer kiteorg mkn. aduhai, kiteorg puasalahh!! kalo ingat takpe gak, kalo lupe.. trus nganga mulut dan ngup! naya! :P

sahur murtabak. sy tak suke sgt murtabak. tp telan jela. ehehe. mkn jgk 2 pcs, kalo tidak 1 pc pon tak lepas. nak puasa punye pasal. berbuka, paling meriah. tade nasik weh! tp mcm2 la dlm plate tu. ekekek. carbs ade kat roti subway dan fries. protein jd 1/2 plate plak. wahaha.. takpe skali skala. Uncle Bob Fried Chicken tu sedap la. dah lame dah dok eyeing nak beli, tp selalu mak halang. td pg param dgn ayah. ayah ni senang sket nak persuade. trus beli. sy sok beli 1 je, die beli 2. suke.. suke. ade balance sket, leh mkn utk sahur esok. :))

esok sahur, ingat nak buat birchermuesli. campur cooked oatmeal, kellogs fitness, milk, psyllium husk, drizzle with honey. kalo sempat potong papaya sket letak atas. eh ade lg ke papaya? meriahhh! berbuka esok, maybe Kenny Rogers? tgk la esok. takut nnt mkn bende lain plak. :))
