2010 Training Session 2 (Week 11)

Currently having my menses. I'm sad that 'm unable to fast but also happy that I am stronger when I weight train this week. Last week was so buruk, only exercised twice that week. Cuba lagi this week! 2 more weeks before I end Session 2.

Tue 24/8  Shoulders - Done
  • At last... sweating during exercising!
Wed 25/8  Triceps, Back - Done
  • Aparaa... tulis date pun salah. 
  • Ahh.... exercising and not fasting still :P
