Day 69: Psyllium Husk

hmm. kul 3 ptg mcm tu, period lak. mase tu kat AU2 mall. pg toilet kejap, check sbb rase semcm je. mmg yer PERIOD!! x-(
mase nak tunggu masa nak 'bukak pose' kat Kenny Roger's, 'lampu ultraman' aku mmg dah lip lap dah. dah gelap mata dah. so aku mkn la 1 kurma yg mak aku bwk.. mkn sambil tutup mulut dgn tudung (konon berpurdah).. seriyes rase mcm nak pengsan! period 1st day punye pasal!! :))
itupon aku dah berbuke sket kul 4 ptg kat rumah. kalo tak mkn langsung.. rase nak jln pon taleh kot.. hahahaa.
kat Kenny Roger's td, mule2 aku mkn relax je. pestu mak aku tegur, "mkn cepat2 sket, kite nak balik cepat ni.. jap lg nak ke surau". aku pon mule nak melajukan proses pemakanan aku. so tak kunyah selumat mane la. nmpk la mcm gelojoh sket mkn. haha. nak rushing punye pasal. sib baik aku pandai pilih side dish yg senang2 nak ditelan. kalo seme jenis kene kunyah btol2, mau tercekik aku. anyway, nice dinner! sedap! cume tak puas hati dpt 1 muffin je. nak lagi! sape2 baik atie tolong poskan aku muffin Kenny Roger's tuh. nak flavour vanilla tau. 1/2 dozen okla. kalo nak bg lebih pon ok gak. :))
