Day 61: Psyllium Husk

terawikh arini, err sliper yg selalu aku nak pakai utk pg surau MIA. last2 aku pakai sliper mak. kecik sket aa, mak aku kaki die saiz 4, aku size 6. hahaha. balik tuh, tgk2 sliper aku kat dlm umah. rupenye bebudak main sliper aku. T_T

menu minggu ni byk betul egg.. egg.. egg. kene cut down on eggs ni. eggs la paling mudah dan paling kenyang utk sahur. tade bende lain ke nak mkn? jiran aku tak bg plak bubur lambuk. wahahhaa. dok tunggu mase je ni. eh aku suke ke bubur lambuk? bukan tak suke ke? :P
weekend nnt ingat nak beli paratha frozen dan jg macaroni, at least aku boleh ngup bende lain. siap ade idea nak buat roti paratha telur gulung (bertelur lg). hahah. kene buat plain ni. iskk! esok mkn roti canai kosong (ade telur jgk kat dlm dough nye).. takpe, asalkan tak nmpk obvious telur nye. weight masa kini.. 55 kg.
