2010 Training Session 2 (Week 10)

Salam Ramadhan and a good day to everyone! I'm feeling slightly LAZY to exercise. It takes great willpower for me and all of my energy to lift weights during Ramadhan especially when I decide to do it within 5pm-630pm. My workouts are pretty messed up these days(mostly is because I don't know what to do during Ramadhan and sometimes don't have the energy). Yesterday there was so much to do, plus had to jalan2 and do grocery shopping. In the end, no energy left to weight train before iftar. Sabar jak lah...

But thankfully, no exercise in 3 days is making me slightly craaazy. Within 4 weeks of Ramadhan, I'll only exercise 5 times a week(sudah ckp ka belum ni... lupa). 2 days rest. 3 more weeks till I finish my 2nd session.

Tue 17/8 - Hams, Quads, Calves - Done

  • This week I'll be taking loads of fibre and protein for iftar(no rice or pasta), I'll eat them next week. Herbalife for sahur. But finishing my Herbalife soon and can't restock because pokaiiiiiii. Cara sinister is ask my husband to buy new Whey Protein huahuahuahuahaua.
  • This year, I will not visit Bazaar Ramadhan(just like last year) and will cook myself healthy wholesome food. So this is my 2nd year iftar without any kuih muih yg terlebih, nasi and lauk pauk terlebih. Tapi kalau ada sesiapa yg sudi memberi, boleh jak... Rezeki jangan ditolak....Lol!

Thu 19/8 - Chest Biceps - Done
  • Exercising with little sweat coming out is pretty weird!!!
  • Ugh! So lazy to do cardio this week. See la how I survive.
So this concludes my exercise for this week. Only two exercise. Ada alasan... puasa. Wahaahahaha :P Shame on me! I will try harder on week 11, InsyaAllah. Dear God please give me strength!!!! Amin.
