err.. gambar dinner tak snap. sbb.. err.. sbb.. hp aku tetibe tamo on. die tido agaknye. padahal sblm tu elok je aku main sudoku (game dlm hp) sambil2 tunggu bukak pose. nak kate bateri abis, full je. aku siap buang bateri pasang balik, spy die bgn. tp gelap jgk screen. hp tido mati!! so tade la gambar dinner. cess! esok aku bwk turun digicam skali. kalo ko tamo berfungsi cik hp, aku gune digicam. ada paham? :P

oh pasal nasi dlm bowl kecik tu, aku start semlm. terlupe nak citer smlm, sbb dah tulis pjg sgt. takpe arini aku explain. so starting yesterday, aku akan hidang nasi dlm bowl kecik tu utk setiap family member aku. tp kalo derang rase tak cukup tu, boleh pepandai la tambah sendiri. aku jela maintain takkan tambah eventho rase tak cukup. selalu nye mmg cukup la. lebih dr cukup. reasonnye, sbb aku sendiri prasan, dan aku tau korang pon prasan, kdg2 1/4 plate aku ni tak konsisten kuantiti nye. susah nak budget.. sbb ikut pd pinggan, dan ikut jgk texture nasi tu. kalo aku rase aku letak extra byk, aku tulis as 1/3 plate. tp kdg2 1/4 plate aku tu compact sbb nasi jenis lembik sket.. so boleh tindan elok2 kat dlm plate tu muat2 dlm 1/4 plate tp sebenarnye kuantiti nye mungkin dah jd menyamai 1/3 plate dah. so tgk pd nasi texture mcm mane. kalo jenis yg kering akan terabur dan terkuar dr 1/4 plate.. so sebenar nye less than 1/4 plate. so aku pakai bowl la kali ni. confirm same kuantiti nasi nye.. kan? :P
abg aku, aku letak 2 bowl. semlm aku main letak pakai scp bese sbb tau die mkn byk. so no point letak pakai bowl kecik tu. tp arini aku saje je 'as a joke' pakai bowl mcm org lain, tp letak 2 bowl. korang bayangkan rupe plate pestu ade 2 longgok nasi yg bulat, diletakkan sebelah menyebelah. ade rupe mcm ape? mcm BOOBS! :))
so td, kelakar la nmpk pinggan die. lawak giler. tp abg komplen pinggan kecik sgt, sampai tak muat die nak letak lauk. so die pg amik pinggan lain, tolak 1 nasi tu ke pinggan extra tu, dan mkn dulu 1 bowl nasi. bile dah abih nasi tu, tambah yg 2nd bowl. ok ok. esok aku gune pinggan paling besar.. letak 2 bowl nasik jgk mcm arini. nnt aku hias skali letak smtg kat puncak 2 gunung tuh. :))

kaki ku dilenyek oleh org sebelah (masa solat isyak tahiyat akhir). ganas btol org sebelah. buat derk je lepas dia duduk atas kaki aku tu, bukan nak beralih sket atau betulkan. pffth. aku dok tahan sakit jela sorang2 tunggu abis salam. T_T
sape2 yg rase diri nye overweight atau pon berbadan besar, sila2 lah lose weight ye. aku ni sedar, aku pon dulu besar jgk, tp aku tak buli org. kesian kat org lain. aku dah bg space punye byk utk die, tp tetap jgk amik space org. last2 aku trus buat diri sekecik yg mungkin utk kasi space utk die. bila angkat takbir, aku tertolak ke tepi.. punye la ganas. sbb bila die angkat tgn, secara tak langsung.. die tepis aku skali. mmg obvious sgt la, org yg dok saf blkg aku akan nmpk.. mule2 aku dok diri elok2, tetibe aku berjanggak sket kekiri seolah2 ade org tolak aku dr kanan. hahaha. ingat die laki ke ape?? angkat slow2 la. huhuhu.
kalo sape2 yg observant, kalo dah nmpk org sebelah dah diperlakukan mcm tu skali, die akan lebih berhati2. tayah nak tunggu org tegur la. kalo ditegur die gak yg malu. ini paham2 sendiri la. sbb kite solat ni berjemaah, bukan solat sorang2. kalo sorang2, kalo ko nak buat style bintang ke ape.. aku takkan kisah. tp disbbkan, die mmg tak kisah ape yg terjd dgn org sebelah / org lain.. die akan truskan ajela buat ape yg die rase okay, asalkan die sorang rase SELESA. T_T
bila tahiyat akhir, even mase terawikh pon same jgk. aku ni sib baik duduk style tahiyat awal so tade la kaki aku kene lenyet lg. tp die still jgk nak himpit aku. dah tau space tak byk, duduk jela tahiyat awal. tp die nak jgk dok tahiyat akhir yg mkn byk space. bila die dah dok tahiyat akhir, die mcm terlanggar aku skali lagi. sblm tu, aku cepat2 la duduk tahiyat awal, trus rapat dekat mak aku. bile turn die nak dok tahiyat.. cara die duduk tu.. main landing je. die tak kire dah ade kaki org ke.. ade org ke kat sebelah ke, ade kucing tgh tido ke, akan dilenyek jela. huhuhu. bila dah landing tu, die dah tak betulkan dah.
aku nak tegur.. die tu dah tua. ishh payah btol. kang aku bukak mulut laser aku, die plak terase. aku ni korang tau la kan, kalo dah bukak mulut mmg taleh nak cover dah. lg2 time aku tgh frustrated. hahaha. so aku terpaksa simpan jela, sambil tersenyum seorg diri dlm keadaan depress. dlm hati dok pujuk diri spy bwk2 bersabar.. :))
btw, utk korang2 yg tatau. kalo space limited, kalo mase tu dah masuk tahiyat akhir.. korang tak perlu la duduk ikut tahiyat akhir ye? ini utk keselasaan org sebelah dan utk korang jgk. cth, kalo spacing antara saf 1 dan saf 2 kecik sgt, sampaikan kalo rukuk bebetul 90 darjah korang akan sondol punggung org dpn. ape yg perlu korang buat? sondol saje tak kire org dpn, atau rukuk setakat yg termampu (cth rukuk dlm 70 darjah)? think about it.. :P
aku nak ckp pjg lg ni, tp tatau org boleh terime ke tak. sbb dah jd habit, last rakaat besenye org akan pk = duduk style tahiyat akhir = punggung rapat ke lantai, kaki berlipat ke tepi. kan? sape2 yg akan pk mcmtu, die akan duduk tahiyat akhir utk solat yg ade 2 rakaat jgk. ini termasuk la solat subuh (2nd rakaat), solat terawikh (2nd rakaat)... etc
sebenarnye, duduk style tahiyat akhir tu hanya apply utk solat yg ade 3 rakaat dan 4 rakaat saje. kalo 2 rakaat kene duduk style tahiyat awal = punggung rapat atas kaki. solat 2 rakaat ni termasuklah solat sunat, solat qasar, solat subut.. terawikh tu termasuk solat sunat la yer. :P
mule2 nak switch tu mmg susah, sbb dah terbiasa. tp cube la try. lame2 akan ok. eventho org lain duduk tahiyat akhir, korang dok tahiyat awal.. nmpk kekok, sbb lain dr org lain. korang buat aje, lame2 akan biasa la. :P
oh arini ade gamba extra.. gamba Baby Aleesya Reyhana. dah 4.5 kg dah. ku semangatt! tak tahan tgk gambar yg terteleng tuh. seriyes mcm abg aku. teleng2 ni mmg abg aku punye style. :))

Since berbuka sorang plus nasik subsidi Agilent ader, terasa mcm nak berbuka ajer kat kilang wahahah :)). Tapi mcm sebatang kara pulak bunyik nyer makan sorang2 di temani pakcik guard yg buat rondaan sesekali di tepi corridor yang maha sunyik dan sepi ini, cet!
So kesimpulannya, balik umah lah yer Cik Miza :D. Lagipun left over air soya [beli 2 kemarin, 1 untuk aku, 1 untuk Ima, sekali dia lupa bawak g kilang, hampeh +_+] plus popia basah, masih ada... masih sejuk beku dalam peti ice :P. Marilah pulang ke sarang, makanan menunggu mu di rumah wahai Miza, uhukss... sob sob...
ps: kalo aku makan popia basah + air soya tuh, aku update malam karang ok :D ahehehe. Macam supper, mmg niat nak makan malam nih wahahah :)). Kalo aku makan, aku biarkan supper tuh, kalo xjadik makan, aku padam later ok bebeh :D

Mineral tak minum, simpan bikin pusaka :P lagipun dalam umah dan ader bergelen plain water, so mineral water masuk dalam bag pack, untung2 tersangkut dalam traffic jammed, leh teguk2 basah2kan tekak sementara sampai rumah, ye tak? :D.
Popia basah sungguh basah sampai naik bau, mmm... rasa mcm dah expired jer :-s, so aku bakul-sampah-kan popia basah nan basah itu :(... tapi kuahnyer, aku buat cicah keropok lekor, nyum nyum nyum... oh yer! bekalan kopok lekor nih bahagian paling last aku goreng semalam, lepas nih dah tak der dah :D. Hat Ima punya pulak sambung goreng...

skang surau tinggal 4 saf je. itupon kat ruang yg kite selalu solat la. surau ni ade 3 ruang utk ponpuan, 2 kat bwh.. 1 kat tingkat atas. so susah nak budget brp saf sebenar utk ponpuan. besenye ruang yg kite solat tu penuhh.. sampai kat blkg. ade dlm 8 baris. tp skang tinggal 4 stgh je.

Currently having my menses. I'm sad that 'm unable to fast but also happy that I am stronger when I weight train this week. Last week was so buruk, only exercised twice that week. Cuba lagi this week! 2 more weeks before I end Session 2.

I've been pretty much not having as much fruit as I did in the past due to trying to make my eating plan "lower carb". But the cherries, plums, nectarines, papaya, watermelon and the latest orange honeydews of summer have called my name and I have answered, 'Yes!'
This crop of Orange Honeydews is amazing. So juicy, so sweet. Like a luxurious garden party in my mouth. You have to go get some!!!
On the good news front, my snail strategy continues. It took me 10 days to lose 1.5 lbs, but lose I did. No binges. No deprivation of any overt sort, other than fighting off the occasional craving for something really trigger (like fries or like cheese enchiladas). I am still using my protein snacks to control hunger. I sometimes have pizza or fried chicken, but then the rest of THAT day will be low carb and lower cal to compensate.
I expect the fruit might have triggering effects if I am not vigilant--cause I can seriously pig-out on fruit, especially summer fruit, moreso than chocolate or cake or junk food. I adore fruit and have since childhood, when sitting on a pile of protective newspaper and eating a mango right off the large seed or a pomegranate seed by seed (took me ages to finish one) were among the great joys of my young life. :)
I used to routinely sit and eat six oranges in one go.
I go nuts for fruit.
So, while the cherries and melons and plums are nice, I plan to enjoy them, just try not to go insanely fruit binge-y.
So, another week and, hopefully, another pound down. I can dig the one pound a week gig. I really can. Maybe it will help my skin get less "shocked" and adjust a bit better. (I like going downwards, but the sag in the inner thigh region is starting to be really unpleasant when I look in the mirror while creaming up after a shower. Eek.)

nasik beriyani tu memule mcm tak masak betul. nasik tak fully cooked. ade bhgn yg masak, ade bhgn yg tak masak. rice cooker lak buat hal, kejap2 die naik lak switch tu. pdhal blom masak lg. grr grr. tp aku dgn gigihnye cuba utk menyelamatkan nasik beriyani itu, lalu pindahkan ke atas stove. sambung masak atas api lak. last2 masak jgk la. walaupon rupe dah mcm Paella dah. hahaha. lembik, soggy.. suke sgt lah! aku ni malas nak kunyah. tp mak tak brp suke.. die lembik2 ni kire tak sedap la. uhukk.. tp takpe. laku dan sedap jgk la, walaupon tak brp jadik. perisa cukup, texture je tak pass lg. :))
ni pakai perencah beriyani yg instant tu. campak2, konon akan jd lah. lame gak aku nak belek2 sampai masak setiap biji beras tu.. T_T

time2 period ni aku ade 1 masalah. masalah MALAS MAKAN! mmg selera aku merundum time period. org lain cravings bese naik kan time period. ikut org la kot. so ini lah cara aku tangani. mkn mknn yg lembik2, soggy2, tp hi in fibre (berat), senang aku nak telan. mlm tu takpe la mkn nasik. itupon portion pon tak mcm masa aku tgh puasa. kembali sket kan? :))
tgk la nnt, bila dah boleh pose, adakah portion akan byk semula atau same saje?
arini, pika picit ubat gigi. actually ari2 die picit ubat gigi, cume arini extreme sket.. sbb abih berlumuran atas lantai, kat dinding, kat carpet.. even rambut pika pon ade jugak. sib baik tak lumur kat bdn ryan skali. hahaha. so disbbkan org tgh puasa seme surrender tamo bersihkan, aku la yg kene (sbb tak pose punye pasal?). sib baik dah Day 3 period, larat la jgk. kalo soh aku cuci time Day 1 atau Day 2, aku pon tak larat. hahaha. tertonggeng2 lame jgk aku nak ilangkan ubat gigi kat lantai dan dinding tu. pestu basuh tmpt lap kaki kat tandas, ade kene sket ubat gigi. tp sbb kotor aku bersih trus la. Ngidam popia terlangsai hariknik [kemarin nak beli, dah masuk kete baru tingat, tadih nampak jer terus rembat]. Mahal kan popia sekarang?... tempat lain tak tahulah aku. kat sinik, param Bayan Baru, 5 pcs = RM2. Ker harga standard semua tempat? Aku cakap pasal popia basah tau. Popia goreng tak tahu pulak aku, xpenah beli lagik puasa nih. Ker sama jer?
Dah tuh kecik amat sizenyer, rasanya aku ngap 2 kali leh abeh nih... >:). tapi untuk malam nyer, aku ngap 2 pcs jer tadih, lagik 3 simpan sahur :D. Untuk sahur esok pun dah beli siap, kebab daging, nyum nyum nyum... balance tepung talam ader lagik sepotong... erkkk... tak larat dah nak makan. Simpan sahur leh tak? Itupun kau sahur aku leh abehkan :-s
Moral: Dah tahu makan sorang, jangan perasan beli banyak2... belom pandai kawal nafsu beli nih, sila cuba lagik esok yer Cik Miza :D

1st time membeli-belah di param Bayan Baru. Selalu aku g param Bukit Gedong ajer. So kali nih mcm saja try jalan2 carik makan di Bayan baru. Choices mmg banyak giler, dah tentu 4-5 kali ganda besar kawasannya dari Bukit Gedong. Silap2 survey leh rabung mata masa nak beli makan :-s.
Disebabkan tak tahu nak makan apa, last2 aku follow menu Ima. Aku email Ima tanya dia nak apa [dia keje pagik, aku cuti], so apa yg dia oda, yang tuh lah aku copy beli akekeke. So semalam dia oda nasik kerabu, puding telur ngan serimuka. apa yg dia oda, aku beli 2. 1 untuk aku, 1 untuk dia. Plus aku beli kebab daging untuk sahur esok.
Banyak peel orang masa beli barang makan. Yang suka potong Q [ramai sangat], yang suka amik semua jenis bender, padahal beli sorang [abeh ker makan semua tuh nanti?], yang ambik bubur lambuk wakaf sampai 2-3 plastik... erk... :-s ingat lah orang2 kat belakang sama, aduhai...
Yang suka potong Q nih jadik kat masa aku beli serimuka. Yang jualnyer 2 orang jer, yang kerumum nyer MasyaALLAH, ramey giler. Sampai ader yg potong sorang abang tuh, datang2 terus tunjuk kuih mana, padahal orang lain kat depan2 belom abeh tunjuk kuih lagik. macik pacik kuih pulak, mana nak perasan, angkat2 muka, terus tunggu orang yg dok berdiri kat depan, saper yg ringan mulut sebut dulu, dialah dapat.
Yang mana dok depan tapi ala2 tercongok hesitate, berdiri lah sampai Maghrib wahahah :)). Last2 abang sebelah aku tak puas hati kot, siap cakap kuat2, "lain kali bagi nombor lah pacik, ramai sangat dok potong Q nih!" ... giler kuat dia cakap wahahah!!! Last2 macik tuh angkat muka tanya abang tuh nak aper, akekeke :P
Yang suka amik semua jenis bender jadik masa aku beli nasik kerabu, orang jual tuh dah siap bubuh yang basic2 dah, sekali abang nih letak semua bender dalam tupperware tuh dalam bungkus nasik dier. Bayangkan, dah letak daging, dia letak ayam, pastu letak ikan... :-s! Abeh dia ronda semua tupperware, apa saja dalam tupperware dia topup masuk bungkus nasik dier :-s. Orang yang jual pun naik takut, keh keh keh...!!! Naik melimpah bungkus nasik tuh. Erk, abang makan abeh ker semua tuh nanti? Sebab aku pun takut tengok bungkus nasik dia.
Yang kes bubur lambuk, aku g berator yg nih dulu sebelom survey makan sebenarnya. Masa nih Q tak panjang lagik. Tapi aku perasan lah, yang kuo Q awal dari aku, pegang sampai 2-3 bungkus bubur. Erkk... 1 bungkus pun dah leh makan 4-5 orang tau, besar giler bungkus bubur lambuk walaupun 1 bungkus derang isi 1/2 jer. Oklah, aku baik sangka, orang yg amik banyak2 bungkus tuh, orang dalam rumah maybe lebih darik 5 orang huhuhu... :-s
Masa berbuka aku macam biasa bancuh teamix [in case tak beli air lain], kadang2 Ani dah bancuh teh dia dulu so aku tak bancuh dah teamix, kang banyak sangat air atas meja, saper nak abehkan. Nak dijadikan cerita, semalam aku tengok teh Ani tinggal segelas jer dalam peti ice, so aku pun masak air panas dan buat teamix sendiri lah. Dah tgh2 makan, Ima pun amik air aku, sekali muka berkerut terus.
Ima: Ayaq apa nih kakkkkkkk?
Aku: Teamix lah!
Ima: Rumah tak dak gula ka?
Aku: Wakakakak!!!
Peringatan: aku mmg tak penah bubuh gula mula honey money dalam teamix aku. Tambah2 yg peach flavor. Rasa aku dah semulajadi manis dah teh aku masa tuh. Aku mmg minum mcm tuh ajer. Budak2 umah mmg jenis bubuh gula, nih kebiasan lah kan. Ahehehe, so korang leh bayangkan cemana muka Ima masa amik hirup teh aku akekekek!!!
Oh yer, Nam Weng call aku masa aku masuk parking umah [baru balik dari param]. tanya samada aku nak buat OT 3 jam tak malam nih [which is dari kul 7pm sampai 10pm]. Aku cakap tak mau. Berapa malam dah aku dok OT malam :-s. Malam nih aku nak teraweh.
Nam Weng: Eh! U mau ot arrr, 3 jam tonite?
Aku: Tak mau! I mau semayang maaa... sudah berapa malam OT malam ooo, sudah banyak malam tak semayang.
Nam Weng: Biasa u sembahyang dalam surau saja? U semayang di Agilent lah!!
Aku: Tak boleh, semayang teraweh kena semayang di masjid! [padahal boleh jer nak semayang sorang kan, tapi nak cerita salasilah kat Nam Weng, panjang pulak ceritanya, so aku pendekkan cerita jerlah hahaha!, mana besh feel teraweh sorang2 dengan teraweh ramai2 di masjid]
Nam Weng: Ohh!! Itu macam ka? Aiyarkhhh!!!
Aku: Wahahaha!!!
Teraweh malam nih buat 8 ajer ahehehe, Ani pun ngantuk, siap bagi signal nak kuo barisan masa Imam baca doa in the middle tuh. Mata dia mmg dah ala2 Garfield dah [kat kilang pun mmg panggey Ani Garfield] akekeke, so aku pun memahami hasrat setempat, aku pun mengesot ke belakang. Sekali separuh darik barisan aku pun turut mengesot ke belakang... :-s... Abeh berlubang saf >:)!

aku tatau pasal ape, tp aku suke gado dgn ryan. best tgk respond die. hahaha. bila ryan marah, die mcm suke pukul tp gaya tampar2. seriyes aku rasa mcm ryan ni kucing plak. mcm kucing dlm video ni, kalo marah die tampar berdas2 gitu. aku pon ape lg, bertukar jd mcm kucing tu jgk, tgn aku pon same jgk la.. gaya mcm nak bertinju.. dush dush.. tp kene kat tgn die je la. kire utk menghalang tamparan ryan tu. terasa diri mcm mr. miyagi mengajar karate kid. :))

arini kat surau tade citer yg menarik. citer menarik hanya ryan lah. actually ari2 ade citer menarik pasal ryan. ok, citer nye.. ryan kuat mkn. 24 jam dok mintak mknn. abih mknn, mintak lg. abih mknn, mintak lg. pape yg dioffer akan dimkn. seme die akan try. bila kat sini, die mcm beruang kutub jek.. dok refuel je keje. mkn mkn.. pestu tidooo. mkn mkn.. tidoo. mentang2 la ramai org dok layan dia. seme org pon rajin nak bg die mknn. even kalo tak mintak pon, kiteorg kasi. saje nak gemokkan die. :))
citer lain. arini saje nak sort surat2 yg tak bukak dah brp bulan dah. yg byk nye resit order Herbalife. dan ade jgk mail lain yg terselit. aritu aku dah komplen kat nuffnang, ckp cheque blom sampai lg, sbb dah lebih sebulan dah cheque tu dikuarkan, tp tak sampai2. so td, dok bukak 1-1, baru lah prasan ade rupenye surat dr nuffnang. mmg dah sampai pon cheque tu. wahahahah. cett! amik mase 2-3 jam jgk la nak abih khatam bukak seme mail tu, pestu nak masuk dlm file elok2. siap resit yg December 2009 pon ade jgk. :))
mak aku ckp, lain kali, jgn longgok2 tunggu sampai 6 bulan, baru nak bukak resit2 tu. dpt tu trus bukak dan simpan. aku ni pemalas sket nak bukak2 mail yg sket2. mcm 1 masalah lak kalo dpt surat sekeping sekeping pestu nak letak dlm file trus, tiap2 hari buat bende yg same. kalo buat surat byk2, rase mcm dok kat kilang, syok sket.. sbb ade proses2 nye. memule kuarkan surat dr envelope. pestu sortkan ikut bulan. pestu tebuk lubang. pestu masuk dlm file. :D
