Stomach Flu. How Are You?

Oh dear me. I have been infected with stomach flu... on and off. It's horrible. My husband's bestfriend said that there was quite an epedemic of stomach flu in the UK a while ago. I'm not pointing any fingers here but since he's been living in the UK, he was having his holidays here with his wife and he's been seing a lot of my husband and both of us have it (hubs and I).... they may be carriers I tell you. Lol.

Yes, yes... I humour my readers with mean jokes amongst the people I know.

Currently been eating fruits and more fruits. Avoiding milk and coffee. Haven't tried Campbell Soup. Been missing my workouts by quite a few. I eat chicken sparingly and more fish. I still avoid red meat... since forever. I like it that way. You should try it too. I'm more of a fruitarian now than a vegan. Don't fancy veges all the time but fruits(less sweeter ones) are more delicious. Only that when it's weight training days, I try to eat rice and real protein like fish. But I eat them like twice a week(fish/chicken). Mau jadi vegan + fruitarian la konon.

Don't get me wrong, I have heavy breakfast like eggs, carbs...subway sandwich! My priorities are my heavy breakfast. Lunch(fruits) is usually lesser than breakfast and dinner(more fruits) will be the lightest. I am loving this lifestyle. I hardly binge or have the feeling of eating unhealthy food. Tapi kalau kenduri tu, tutup mata kamu saja lah... Lol!!!

Probably when my stomach flu or when I lose more weight I'll try and go back to eating chicken and seafood all the time. Isi kata hati tu sebenarnya uwaaaa....

By end of this week I'll be jobless. Ah.... just the way I like it for the moment. But I did applied for other jobs. Working with Mat Salleh's are quite challenging I tell you. This time, Malaysian employer please and thank you.
