This is ridiculous... Everytime I want to start training, mestilah ada sesuatu that makes me can't exercise. For the past 2 months. I've been perfectly healthy. For the past WEEK or two ever since I started weight lifting, I've been having a cold. Reinfected... TWICE. I had food poisoning for 3 days. Hebat betul.
So far I had to skip 2 training sessions(only). Haih... Dugaan betul. Nasib baik di rumah. As for my weight loss it's coming along fine. I've ditched the weighing machine again since it's not working...... Mesti ada toyol ni di rumah kasih rosak weighing machine since the past years I've been living here.
Currently after the whole food poisoning tragedy where I got from Restoran De Maju Damansara Perdana, I've been having only fruits for lunch. Although I admit, I can't be a vegan or a fruitarian 100% all day long. Somehow I can't part with eggs. Not just yet. I love them too much. It's like what do I put with my stir fried cucumber? Eggs. What do I eat for breakfast? Eggs. Be it white eggs or whole eggs. Eggs rule. They blend it with everything.
As for eliminating gluten/ wheat in my life... Oh yes, I am trying to eliminate loads of stuff huh? Currently the gluten/wheat I take is during breakfast. No nasi lemak please! Well in case you want to know, my skin has some sort of spots appearing each time I eat rice/pasta/bread. Been like this for quite a time but decided to ignore it. Only I've taken action recently since I read that people came very weak ever since the Egyptian found wheat. Before wheat was found every one in Egypt was strong, badan sasa(big bodies), well built. Then when wheat was fed to them they became frail, tiny and less strong. I read and read and the effect of wheat towards human beings. Yes, people. I tell you I have been brain washed. Sorry no links here.
So I decided, I have to listen to my body. If I'm allergic, it means I'm not suitable to eat it so... face the fact. Life is not perfect. There are other things that I can enjoy in life other than gluten and bread :). I have to get it checked one fine day. Yeah, when it gets worse I presume :P. For now, I'll just avoid it. Or trying to avoid it... little steps as they say.

Alhamdulillah. I'm finally losing all the damn fat!!!!!!
