5 tspn of Milo + 1 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 300 ml warm water

- 1 bowl of lontong (with 8 cubes of nasi impit)
1/4 tspn of Teamix + 1 tbspn of Roselle Juice with Honey + 1 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 300 ml warm water

Alhamdulilah. Puasa 6 dah complete! esok2 rehat jap dr puasa sbb period expected 11th ni. lepas period dah sudah sambung puasa ganti pulak. :D
