workout: solat 5 waktu with sunat sblm/slps, tahajjud, will be considered as workout
recipe utk Tiramisu sy dah share kat adieha.blogspot.com. selain tu, sy dah update monthly measurements. in 1 month, i loss 1 kilo + 1.3 inches. to date, i have loss a total of 19 kilos + 46.9 inches.
mule2 tak terpk pon nak measure bdn arini. saje2 nak timbang, baju pon dah pakai complete (sy bese timbang mmg tak pakai baju tau.. haha). so naik2 dgn baju dpt 55.2 kg. itu sgt sgt low la bg sy. so try naik lg skali tp kali ni tanpa baju, dpt 54.8 kg. so ini berat sebenar. bila dah timbang, bende2 lain pon kene la measure skali. tu yg mkn trus lewat tu. sepjg chicken pox, sy taleh mandi awal2 tau, so that's why akan brunch kul 2 ke atas. kalo ade yg awal tu maksudnye mandi pon awal jgk la. :P
