- 1 scp of ikan bilis
- 2 scps of sambal
5 tspn of Milo + 1 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 300 ml warm water
WHILE WAITING FOR SUBUH

BERBUKA: AT HOME
@ 7.28 pm
- 1/4 plate of Spaghetti Bolognese
- 2 slices of Domino's Pizza
- 1 pc of BBQ chicken wings
1/4 tspn of Teamix + 1 tbspn of Roselle Juice with Honey + 1 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 300 ml warm water
350 ml H²0
IN BETWEEN
350 ml H²0 x 4 = 1400 ml H²0
BEFORE BEDTIME

workout: solat 5 waktu with sunat sblm/slps, tahajjud, will be considered as workout
kalo period tak dtg lg, nak puasa 6, 1 minggu ni.. sampai ari sabtu. alang2 terperap kat umah, puasa ajela kan.
my body is still healing, nmpk la blister tu dah makin gelap dan makin kering. kat leher ni mostly dah gugur dah. tp kat muka masih ade tinggal sket. scars boleh tahan byk jgk kat muke dan leher.. uhuk! pls God, get rid of all the scars. hope the scars are not permanent. kat bdn masih penuh lg dgn blisters yg sudah nmpk tanda2 nak tua. sgt jeles sbb ryan dah completely heal. tade langsung kesan chickenpox. hakeem still ade lg kesan chicken pox. pika of coz la dah heal. ryan dan pika langsung tade scars kat muke. so not fair. tau la derang muda, cepat heal. sy ni dah tua bangka, lambat sket heal. kene mkn ikan byk2 ni. huhuhuhu. derangnye blisters tu gugur trus mcm tak wujud gitu. haihh. hopefully same la utk sy. tp tgk2 ade part yg dah gugur ade tinggal kesan ni kenapa? arghh..T_T
