1/4 tspn of Teamix + 1 tbspn of Roselle Juice + 1 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 300 ml warm water

IN BETWEEN

DINNER: AT HOME

@ 6.55 pm

- 1/4 plate of nasi arab

- 1 pc of chicken mandi

- a few scps of chilli sauce

1/4 tspn of Teamix + 1 tbspn of Roselle Juice with Honey + 1 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 300 ml warm water

350 ml H²0
