Aku rasa dah bbrp manusia dah tanya, blog nih idop lagik ker tak? wakakakak... ada ada... idop segan mati tau mau, akekkek.... ok2lah, oklah... nak update lah nih.... lalalalalala....

Exercise is back to square one:

1. Hiking: paling last Bukit Jambul.
Result = semput macam nak mati +_+

2. P90X: aku suka part without equipment ajer, sebab kat umah mana ada equipment mcm dalam gym, so sangat terhad. But yoga session dia besh.
Result = pun mcm nak tecirit +_+

3. Insanity: mmg full body power, rela buat Hip Hop Abs dia dari yang Insanity it self. Fit Test lepas 3 bulan, still the same, WTFish??? Ader lah 2-3 step yang increase reps, yang lelain either sama atau kurang dari 1st.
Result = Adoiiyyaiiii!!!!! Die +_+

4. Hip Hop Abs: yang nih jer yang mampu sekarang... buleh?
Result =  I likeee!!! <-- as for now... :-s

Ranting On About...

This sucks so bad!!! I'm not consistant with my exercises anymore. I have a very lame excuse for that right now. I am currently working at an awesome company, please refer to this link for further info. It is sooo damn tiring and hubby said that if I really want to do it I'll have to make an extra effort to wake up early in the morning to do my exercises because after work I usually have tons of wifey/motherly duties to fulfill.

Although I do have time to read about "Slow Oxidizer" though. Not from that site but from Jillian Michael's book "Making the Cut".

By the way, hubby has been complaining that he gets dizzy each time he eats... He tried to stop drinking milk for a week, although he didn't know that the dizziness would magically disapear but it did. Magical. Is there too much chemicals in our milk these days? Even the finest milk? I don't really drink milk that much because of lactose intolerant. The best milk is to get raw milk but heck you would have to have a COW and press its udders everyday to get milk. But itu pun you have to make your Cow to eat grass not corn or any other chemical food in order to get the best milk.

It's really sad that these days all food are genatically mutated. That's where you get all crazy loads of new sickness from animals passed to humans. It also sad that the most organic food are expensive and only if you have tonnes of money you can afford to buy it.

Can you believe the poor people in America can only afford burgers from McDonald because they are cheap comparing to other healthy food out there? That's why you see most poor minorities are obese because they don't have the money to buy proper food.

Crazy world we live in. Be thankful that we are living in Malaysia where the chickens still can see daylight.

as u can see, muke hakeem comot sket sbb parut blom hilang. itupon tade la seteruk sy. haihh.. sy punye yg obviousnye kat dagu la. dah la tmpt tu bukan tmpt tersorok. kat dahi pon ade, tp at least tudung dah cover sebhgn dah. dagu ni nak sorok mane? melainkan sy pakai mask/purdah.. leceh la nak pakai foundation/bb cream tiap kali kuar. sy dah try pakai bb cream td, masih jelas kelihatan scar tu. uhuk.

sblm ni dagu sy la paling lame nak hilang scar blemishes, tp dlm tahun ni, mmg byk improvement, sampai clear abis dah 1 muke, blemishes pon tak obvious dah. tp skang.. chicken pox punye pasal, i'm back to square 1. T_T

papepon, bbrp tahun yg lepas kiteorg dah gune method baru. tayah nak lekat trus roadtax direct ke cermin kereta. kiteorg beli see thru sticker khas utk road tax. dia sama mcm sticker 'university', sticker 'pas masuk'.. etc, jenis yg bukan lekat trus, tp jenis pelekat yg senang tanggal, leh pindah2 dengan senang. sticker road tax ni, ade 'window' utk tayang road tax. so sekeliling tu.. either ade border aje, ataupon ade design sket. yg jenis plain pon ade kot, tp susah sket nak cari. bese sy jumpe yg berdesign aje.

sticker khas utk lekat roadtax awak boleh beli kat kedai baiki kereta.. atau kedai jual accessories/tint kereta, usually harga paling murah RM 5-10 atau under RM 30, depends pd designnye mcmmane.

anyway.. pd mereka2 yg tatau kewujudan sticker khas utk road tax (plastic holder), boleh ikut tips2 di bwh. papepon, sy nasihatkah, bila dah tanggal seme, boleh la beli plastic holder tu, save effort utk buang sisa. beli je yg murah RM 5-10, takkan taleh kot? :P


1st STEP: cara2 utk tanggalkan sticker dgn mudah.

pilih salah satu..

1. gune HAIR DRYER
- biar gam tu cair sket, senang sket nak tanggal slow2.
ataupon
2. jemur kereta kat tmpt panas kejap dlm 1 jam
- bila dah agak2 suam la sticker tu, eheh.. boleh cube tanggal.

2nd STEP: cara2 utk tanggalkan sisa2 gam yg tertinggal

A) cara2 utk tanggalkan sisa2 gam yg tertinggal (cermin bertinted)

pilih salah satu..

1. baby oil
2. perfume beralcohol
3. minyak masak

* gune kain lembut utk tenyeh bhgn yg bersisa lepas dah apply dgn salah satu bhn di atas.

..ATAU..

B) cara2 utk tanggalkan sisa2 gam yg tertinggal (cermin bertinted)

pilih salah satu..

1. WD-40
2. lighter fluid.
3. thinner

* gune kain lembut utk tenyeh bhgn yg bersisa lepas dah apply dgn salah satu bhn di atas.

3rd STEP : cara2 nak lekatkan road tax ke cermin kereta

pilih salah satu..

1. pindahkan road tax dan tampal pd sticker khas berwindow utk road tax (yg sy sebutkan atas td)
2. keratan kertas road tax yg korang dpt tu, tayah tanggal road tax dr kertas tu, trus tampal kat cermin dgn selotape / masking tape. ehehe.
3. pindahkan road tax ke plastic see thru, yg korang boleh beli kat kedai stationary (gune utk binding buku, ade plastic biasa gune utk muke dpn). kat setiap bucu plastic tu potong boleh potong 3 segi / 4 segi atau potong keliling 1 cm kecik ske dr size road tax. reasonnye spy ade border sket utk gam road tax tu kene pd cermin kereta. bhgn yg tak tertutup tu, adalah bhgn gam road tax yg akan kene direct pd cermin kete.

erm.. #3 kalo tak phm, refer gambar kat bwh. sy bg 3 pilihan. :P

kalo period tak dtg lg, nak puasa 6, 1 minggu ni.. sampai ari sabtu. alang2 terperap kat umah, puasa ajela kan.

my body is still healing, nmpk la blister tu dah makin gelap dan makin kering. kat leher ni mostly dah gugur dah. tp kat muka masih ade tinggal sket. scars boleh tahan byk jgk kat muke dan leher.. uhuk! pls God, get rid of all the scars. hope the scars are not permanent. kat bdn masih penuh lg dgn blisters yg sudah nmpk tanda2 nak tua. sgt jeles sbb ryan dah completely heal. tade langsung kesan chickenpox. hakeem still ade lg kesan chicken pox. pika of coz la dah heal. ryan dan pika langsung tade scars kat muke. so not fair. tau la derang muda, cepat heal. sy ni dah tua bangka, lambat sket heal. kene mkn ikan byk2 ni. huhuhuhu. derangnye blisters tu gugur trus mcm tak wujud gitu. haihh. hopefully same la utk sy. tp tgk2 ade part yg dah gugur ade tinggal kesan ni kenapa? arghh..T_T
