2010 Training Session 1(Week7)

Alhamdulillah, this is my 7th week and still going strong. A couple of weeks left till my 12 weeks is over. This week I'm going to try to lessen my carbs(less pasta's). I can't do liquid diet the whole week last week because I had to eat apples as carbs. I'm loving eating my large amount of veges during lunch. Fiber is so filling plus it less calories and with that makes me so happy. But sometimes my hands are still itchy mau ambil pasta jugak :P

I hope within next week I'll be able to buy a couple bottles of F1. Then I'll probably try liquid diet for a couple of days. Seriously, with the workout I'm doing now, I really need more fuel! If I take less carbs or less protein I'd be feeling so weak.

My husband still won't let me buy a weighing machine. :( Seems like I have to find a slotted pay weighing machine. He said he won't mind me weighing myself from a public weighing machine. Ada2 jak.

Cardio for this week is 16 mins. With 1 minute interval sprint(2 minit ndak tahan), 3 minutes interval faster speed and 2 intervals of 2 minute faster speed each. Rest 1 minute between each interval. Sounds confusing huh?

Please get out of your comfort zone when training this week!


Mon 26/4 (Cardio & Upper Body WT)Done
  • Increased weights for Back, Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps. I should've increased Chest too but I'll do it next week since I felt my weights where lighter than usual after Chest exercise. It was a tough exercise but I could carry heavier weights now. That's good progress!! :)

Tue 27/4 (Cardio 1 & Cardio 2) Done
  • Progress: The brown baju kurung I bought in March which fitted just right is now a bit loose!!! I am tremendously happy. ^_^
  • I wish there where such a thing as targeted weight loss. If there where, I would want my thighs and arms lose all that fat first!
  • This time when I get to 65kgs I won't have a whole day of eating celebration. Instead I'll buy myself something nice to wear. Usually when I get my weight just around 65kg, I would indulge like there's no tomorrow.

Wed 28/4 (Cardio & Lower Body WT) Done



Thu 29/4 (Cardio 1 & Cardio 2) Done
  • My legs where pretty sore from yesterday's workout soooo it was pretty frustrating that I wasn't been able to give my best during sprint. BUT I was able to increase speed on higher intervals.
  • These days I'm always testing myself to move forward in exercise as much as I can. It's quite hard training without a trainer. Only you and your mind can paksa you move forward.
  • I went to my class after 2 weeks cuti. One of the school owner saw me and said I'm getting THINNER! Alhamdulillah. :)

Fri 30/4 (Cardio & Upper Body WT) Done
  • Hubby assisted me during my back workout. My posture's gone wrong :P Man, did my back muscles BURNED after that. My sweat was pouring and was extremely exhausted. Phew! What a workout.

Sat 1/5 (Rest Day)
  • OMG! Hubby has a meeting today. I hope I can complete today's workout as I don't have a maid to babysit my son while I run.
  • I'm on the verge of freaking out because usually when I come to this body(within the 69kg below weight) I would pig out and gain again. I'm soooo afraid that will happen. It's like I can't trust myself being around food and if I pass under 65kgs THIS TIME it will be such an accomplishment for me because I can achieve it that far. That's why I'll make it sure it happens THIS TIME!!!
  • Have you guys ever heard about nipple bleeding when you do hardcore running or long distance running? I know this is a bit too personal but man I have to solve something about it. Not that my nips are bleeding...no but it starts to hurt and it's getting quite uncomfy, almost to thinking that I may be pregnant, but most probably I'm not. I do run a lot! I found this site talking about Fissure of Nipple.
  • I've decided that today will be my rest day. Cardio session will continue tomorrow. I made a mistake by sleeping at 340am all because of a new Big Fish game I played. Never to sleep late during my training session again!!!
