Mon 5/4 (Cardio & Lower Body WT) Done
Tue 6/4 (Cardio 1 & Cardio 2) 1 Cardio done
- Low grade fever
- Diarrhea
- :(
- I hope I can replace it on Sunday. If rajin lah hohohoho.
Wed 7/4 (Cardio & Upper Body WT) Done
- Still diarrhea but gonna WT today. Fever gone! Bilalah diarrhea hilang ni >.<
- My size 12 pants are not THAT tight anymore. There is hope I'm gonna wear my size 10 pants in JUNE! Wooooooooooooo!!!
Thu 8/4 (Cardio 1 & Cardio 2) Done
- My waist: 84cm. Last week it was 89cm! That's like losing 2 inches within 2 weeks. Come on people, run with me and we make some magic happen!
- I promise not to celebrate with a mega eating meal this time.
Fri 9/4 (Cardio & Lower Body WT) Done
- I managed to sprint today! Getting better but not fully recovered from diarrhea yet. Meaning my strength isn't up to 100%.
Sat 10/4 (Cardio 1 & Cardio 2) Done
Sun 11/4 (Hutang 1 Cardio) Done
- What a tiring week! Diarrhea drains out all of my energy :P. Alhamdulillah, it looks like I'm better.
- Waist 84cm. Hips 104(so far down 1 cm each week since I started daily cardio)
