2010 Training Session 1(Week 6)

I want to be ripped like her!

Hubby suggested that I pay my puasa when I end my 12 week program. I'll run 15 minutes every day right before Iftar. I added... drinking Herbalife shakes while I'm at it. Bayar puasa about a week this year. Sounds like a GREAT challenge since I've never exercised during Ramadhan or if I'm fasting. Gotta get outside of that comfort zone in order to lose this much flab right? RIGHT!!!!!!


Please workout hard and step out of the comfort zone!!!

Mon 19/4 (Cardio & Lower Body Workout) Done
  • Early Monday run wasn't that good but I added a minute speeding(not sprint) for 3 minutes instead of my usual 2 minutes. I think ok lah tu.
  • I need 21 kg's to lose. How long does it take? Can I do it by end of this year?
  • My weights for hamstrings are getting lighter. Need to buy (4 pcs) 2.5kgs soon.


Tue 20/4 (Cardio 1 & Cardio 2) Done
  • I have an urge to have a trainer! I've never thought this feeling would ever come to me but I feel like I need to step a notch on my cardiovascular activities. I want someone to assist me with the plyometric activities. Or... probably I could do it on my own :P
  • Late cardio's today because hubby has something on during the morning and he has to jog late afternoon. My son still needs babysitting while I run. Cannot be trusted alone!
  • Cardio done at 3pm and 710pm! Alhamdulillah.

Wed 21/4 (Cardio & Upper Body Workout) Done
  • Today while doing back and shoulders resistance training, I felt that the weights where too light. I'll have to carry heavier weights next week. My body has adapted to the current weight. Which means, I'm doing the right thing and I'm building more muscles. Alhamdulillah.
  • Today's measurements: Waist: 84.1cm. Hips: 103.1cm HOORAYY!!

Thu 22/4 (Cardio 1 & Cardio 2) Done


Fri 23/4 (Cardio & Lower Body Workout) Done
  • I'm having problems for my hamstring resistance training which is the dumbbell straight deadlifts. It creates back pain for me later during the night. I'm gonna try to do it more slowly and correct some postures next week. IF it still hurts, I'll have to find other hamstring exercises.
